The Effect Of Work Ability And Work Facilities On Employee Work Productivity At The Lahat Regency Office Of The Equipment Division
Abstract
This study aims to determine how work capability and work facilities partially and simultaneously influence work productivity at the Lahat Regency Government Office's equipment division. The sample size for this study was 31 respondents. The sampling method used was incidental sampling. This quantitative study employed multiple linear regression analysis, processed using SPSS, resulting in a regression equation . The results showed a significant relationship between work capability and work productivity at the Lahat Regency Government Office's equipment division. The F-test indicated that work capability and work facilities simultaneously influenced work productivity at the Lahat Regency Government Office's equipment division.
