Abstract

Pregnancy is a very important life experience for a mother. Based on the World Health Organization (WHO) report, insomnia is one of the problems of sleep disorders that attack pregnant women around the world, which is around 41.8%. The prevalence of insomnia in pregnant women in Asia is around 48.2%, Africa 57.1%, America 24.1%, and Europe 25.1%(Mardalena & Susanti, 2022). In Indonesia, around 64% of pregnant women experience sleep disorders, 42% experience sleep apnea, 65% do caesarean section and 42% experience preeclampsia. The purpose of the study was known to the relationship of stress and family support with the incidence of insomnia in pregnant women in Trisemester III in the delivery room VK Hasanuddin Hospital Damrah South Bengkulu Regency in 2025 The population referred to in this study was all pregnant women visiting from January to April 2025 in the VK Hasuddin Damrah Hospital in the South Bengkulu Regency, which was 40 pregnant women. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The results of this study showed that there was a stressful relationship with the incidence of insomnia in pregnant women in the third trimester in the delivery room of Hasanuddin Hospital Damrah, South Bengkulu Regency in 2025. pregnant.
