Responding the new dynamic of scientific publication and its process digitality, our board of management decide to start applying "Publish as you go" scheme in presenting new cutting-edge studies and/or book reviews on the highly-updated publication in the relevant fileds. Thus, we will soon issue article(s) which have been ready for the consumption of academic community.
