Abstract

ANC (antenatal care) visits at the Donok City Community Health Center, Lebong Regency in 2022 K1 70.18%, K4 56.14%. In 2023 K1 51.06%, K4 57.45%. Based on these data, ANC visits at the Donok City Community Health Center, Lebong Regency have not reached the Community Health Center target of 95%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the utilization of antenatal care services in the Donok City Community Health Center Working Area, Lebong Regency in 2024. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used total sampling technique with the number of samples in this study being 53 mothers who have babies aged 1-3 months at the Donok City Health Center, Lebong Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis.The results of the univariate test analysis A small portion of respondents (18.9%) had insufficient knowledge, Some of the respondents (45.3%) had distance from their residence, Almost all of the respondents (47.2%) had husbands who did not support, Almost all of the respondents (35.8%) had incomplete use of antenatal care. The results of the bivariate analysis showed a relationship between knowledge (0.000), distance from their residence (0.005), and husband's support (0.000) with the use of antenatal care services in the Donok City Health Center Work Area, Lebong Regency in 2024. There was a relationship between maternal knowledge and the use of ANC (antenatal care) services in the Donok City Health Center Work Area, Lebong Regency in 2024.The researcher suggests that the Donok City Community Health Center, Lebong Regency, can use the results of this study as a basis for implementing guidance, coaching, and counseling progams regarding the use of ANC (antenatal care) services.
