Abstract

Measles has the potential to become an epidemic if immunization coverage is low and herd immunity is not formed when someone is exposed to measles. 90% of people who are severely infected with measles can be infected if they are not yet immune to measles. Global measles immunization coverage has reportedly declined. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF, there are 68 countries where immunization services are hampered and affect 80 million children under 1 year of age (WHO, 2020). Based on a report from the Kaur District Health Office, of the 15,856 targeted infants in 2024, 12,346 infants received health services, or 77.9%. The type of research is analytical with a cross-sectional research design, namely a study to study the dynamics of the correlation between risk factors and effects, by means of an approach, observation, or data collection simultaneously at one time. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies (<9 months) who were at the Muara Saung Health Center, Kaur Regency in 2025 from January to April 2025, totaling 64 people. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The reason for taking total sampling was because according to Sugiyono (2020) the population size was less than 100, the entire population was used as a research sample. The sample taken from this study was 64 people. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between work and the provision of measles immunization to infants at the Muara Saung Health Center, Kaur Regency in 2025. There is a relationship between family support and the provision of measles immunization to infants at the Muara Saung Health Center, Kaur Regency in 2025. The suggestions of this study are expected to be additional information for readers regarding child health, especially immunization, so that it can be used as a reference for further research.
