This quantitative cross-sectional study included 40 respondents selected purposively. Questionnaire data were analyzed using univariate statistics and Pearson Chi-Square at α=0.05. Good household PHBS was found in 21 respondents (52.5%) and poor PHBS in 19 (47.5%). ARI risk was high in 16 children (40.0%), moderate in 13 (32.5%), and low in 11 (27.5%). Pearson Chi-Square yielded χ²=8.116, df=2, p=0.017. Household PHBS was significantly associated with ARI risk; strengthening consistent healthy household practices is important for prevention
