FAKTOR SOSIAL DAN FAKTOR PSIKOLOGIS TERHADAP INTENSI MENGGUNAKAN REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK: MODERASI TEKNIK
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Penelitian ini dilandaskan keterangan dari kepala instalasi rekam medis elektronik bahwa optimalisasi penggunaan rekam medis elektronik di seluruh instalasi sampai dengan akhir tahun 2023 masih belum mencapai 100%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap secara simultan pengaruh faktor sosial, faktor psikologis dan teknik supervisi terhadap intensi menggunakan rekam medis elektornik. Metode: Jenis penelitian termasuk dalam kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Populasi yang digunakan adalah tenaga medis. Teknik sampling menggunakan non-probability, dengan perhitungan menggunakan rumus slovin tingkat kesalahan 5% sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 91 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan metode analisa menggunakan analisa three box method. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil analisa membuktikan bahwa faktor sosial, faktor psikologis dan teknik supervisi mampu meningkatkan intensi menggunakan rekam medis elektronik. Kesimpulan: Teknik supervisi memperlemah pengaruh faktor sosial terhadap intensi menggunakan rekam medis elektronik, tetapi teknik supervisi mampu memperkuat pengaruh faktor sosial terhadap intensi menggunakan rekam medis elektronik, dan faktor psikologis merupakan variabel paling dominan yang mampu meningkatkan intensi menggunakan rekam medis elektronik.
