INTERVENSI MOTIVASI KERJA PADA HUBUNGAN BEBAN KERJA DAN SISTEM MENTORING TERHADAP KESELAMATAN PASIEN
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Penelitian ini dilandaskan pada permasalahan dinamika kualitas pelayanan yang terjadi pada tahun 2020 - 2021 di mana setiap permasalahannya belum ada yang mencapai target sesuai ketetapan manajemen Rumah Sakit. Metode: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh beban kerja dan sistem mentoring terhadap keselamatan pasien dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional study dan menjadikan 67 perawat instalasi rawat inap sebagai unit analisa. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil analisa sub struktur 1 membuktikan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial beban kerja dan sistem mentoring berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan hasil analisa sub struktur 2 membuktikan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial beban kerja, sistem mentoring dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keselamatan pasien, serta motivasi kerja berperan positif memediasi hubungan beban kerja dan sistem mentoring terhadap keselamatan pasien. Kesimpulan: Dengan adanya motivasi kerja, maka beban kerja dan keselamatan pasien dapat lebih tinggi mempengaruhi keselamatan pasien dibandingkan tanpa adanya motivasi kerja.
