HAMBATAN PENERIMAAN REKAP MEDIS ELEKTRONIK CATATAN OLEH DOKTER: TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS
Abstract
Rekam Medis Elektronik (EMR) terkomputerisasi sistem informasi medis yang mengumpulkan, menyimpan, dan menampilkan informasi pasien. Bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi semua hambatan yang dihasilkan pada dokter yang menunjukkan resistensi terhadap EMR pencarian literatur yang sistematis dari empat database yang relevan ("Web of Science", "Science Direx", "PubMed" dan "The Cochrane Library, google scholer")Dengan menerapkan strategi pencarian basis data yang berbeda, 1671 artikel diidentifikasi (termasuk beberapa duplikat artikel yang muncul di lebih dari satu basis data)Tinjauan artikel yang diidentifikasi menunjukkan berbagai kemungkinan hambatan untuk menerapkan EMR, dan menyediakan wawasan tentang hubungan antara hambatan. ategori tertentu (A-Financial, B-Technical, dan C-Time) lebih sering diidentifikasi sebagai hambatan untuk adopsi EMR daripada yang lain (proses D-Psikologis, E-Sosial, FLegal, G-Organisasi, dan H-Change).
