HUBUNGAN PERSONAL HYGIENE DENGAN KEJADIAN PEDICULOSIS CAPITIS PADA SANTRIWATI SMP ISLAM TERPADU PONDOK PESANTREN RAUDHATUL ULUM SAKATIGA
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Pediculus humanus dikenal sebagai kutu kepala merupakan agen penyebab Pedikulosis capitis paling umum di dunia, Prevalensi infeksi kutu rambut masih cukup tinggi Yordania, 26,6%,Tidak banyak perbedaan di Malaysia dalam hal etnis: India 28,3% dan Melayu 18,9%, Cina 4,6%, Bangkok Timur 23,32% anak perempuan 47,12% anak laki-laki.Tujuan Penelitian untuk memastikan hubungan antara kebersihan diri dan prevalensi pedikulosis capitis pada siswi di SMPIT Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Metode:Jenis penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode deskripsi analitik dengan pendekatan Cross sectional, yaitu suatu penelitian yang dilakukan satu waktu dan tidak menggunakan intervensi.Hasil: penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara personal hygiene dengan kejadian pediculosis capitis, tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan kejadian pediculosis capitis, serta ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kepadatan hunian (lingkungan) dengan kejadian pediculosis capitis.Kesimpulan:Yang mempengaruhi kejadian Pediculosis capitis di SMP Islam Terpadu Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga adalah faktor lingkungan yaitu kepadatan hunian.
