FAKTOR PENGGUNAAN REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK DI RS X
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Penggunaan rekam medis elektronik di fasilitas kesehatan Indonesia tidak merata. Menurut data Badan Layanan Kesehatan Rujukan (2020), baru 74 dari 575 RS Indonesia yang telah mengintegrasikan rekam medis elektronik. Penggunaan rekam medis elektronik juga terhambat oleh sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai, seperti koneksi jaringan yang tidak stabil yang dapat memperlambat kerja pengguna, informasi yang tidak sepenuhnya akurat, dan banyaknya langkah dan tahap dalam pengisian rekam medis elektronik. Melihat kendala-kendala tersebut di atas, diperlukan evaluasi yang menyeluruh, terutama mengenai manfaat yang seharusnya dirasakan oleh rumah sakit dan pelanggan jika penggunaan rekam medis elektronik berjalan lancar dan menghasilkan citra positif bagi rumah sakit dalam konteks persaingan pelanggan. Metode: Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penulisan kausalitas yang berfungsi untuk meneliti apakah ada hubungan sebab akibat antara dua peristiwa yang terpisah. Hasil dan pembahasan: penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh teknologi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap penggunaan RME yang di mediasi oleh budaya kerja. Kesimplan: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh teknologi, budaya kerja terhadap penggunaan rekam medis elektronik. Pada variabel komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap penggunaan rekam medis elektronik. Teknologi diukur dengan pendekatan lima aspek yaitu content, accuray, format, ease for use dan timeless.
