PENGARUH AKTIVITAS KERJA DAN BEBAN ANGKAT TERHADAP KELUHAN MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS (MSDS)
Abstract
Berat beban yang diangkut akan menimbulkan kelelahan dan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) merupakan keluhan pada bagian-bagian otot skeletal mulai dari keluhan ringan hingga sangat sakit. Beban statis yang yang diterima pekerja secara terus-menerus dan dalam durasi lama dapat menyebabkan keluhan berupa kerusakan pada ligament, sendi dan tendon. Tujuan literatur ini yaitu mengetahui Pengaruh Aktivitas Kerja Dan Beban Angkat Terhadap Keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang berbentuk Literature Riview. Hasil dari kajian literatur yaitu Penyebab terjadinya musculoskeletal adalah Pengerahan Tenaga Otot berlebihan, sikap kerja yang tidak alamiah, serta pekerjaan berulang yang mengakibatkan pembebanan yang terus menerus menekan tulang, ligamen dan sendi. Kesimpulan dari kajian literatur yaitu adanya pengaruh aktivitas kerja dan beban angkat terhadap keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs).
