ELIMINASI MALARIA DI BERBAGAI NEGARA: LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Malaria merupakan masalah kesehatan di seluruh dunia. Pada tahun 2020, hampir setengah dari populasi dunia berisiko terkena malaria. Melihat permasalahan tersebut maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan studi literatur review tentang “Eliminasi Malaria di Berbagai Negara: Literature Review”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat Faktor apa saja yang berperan dalam program eliminasi malaria di berbagai negara. Metode : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan memakai desain literature review. Dimana ulasan, rangkuman, dan pemikiran dari beberapa sumber pustaka dibahas sesuai topik yang ditentukan, rentang waktu artikel yang dipilih dalam studi ini adalah 9 tahun terakhir. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Artikel yang dipilih berdasarkan beberapa kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Dari artikel yang telah ditetapkan peneliti mengenai eliminasi malaria di berbagai negara diperoleh 25 artikel yang digunakan dalam studi ini. Diantara 25 artikel tersebut diperoleh 12 artikel membahas mengenai pengendalian vektor, 9 artikel membahas surveilens malaria, 4 artikel membahas tentang pengobatan malaria. Kesimpulan : Studi lebih lanjut dibutuhkan guna memperoleh metode yang paling tepat dan efektif dalam mencapai eliminasi malaria di seluruh dunia.
