In 2024, there were 50 cases of DHF, and in 2020, there were 6 cases of DHF in Muara Pinang Health Center (Puskesmas Muara Pinang, 2024). This study aims to determine the correlation between knowledge and attitudes and DHF occurrences at Muara Pinang Health Center in Empat Lawang Regency in 2025. Method: The method used in this study was a survey with a case-control approach. The sample size was 50 individuals in the case group and 50 in the control group. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test with a 95% significance level using SPSS 22 software.Result and Discussion: The results of the univariate analysis showed that 41 individuals (41.0%) had sufficient knowledge, and 48 individuals (48.0%) had unfavorable attitudes. Bivariate analysis results showed a significant correlation between knowledge (p-value = 0.000) and attitude (p-value = 0.001) and dengue fever occurrence <α – 0.05 in the Muara Pinang Health Center, Empat Lawang Regency, in 2025. Conclusion: The community health center is expected to coordinate with health workers to provide health education regarding the causes of dengue fever and its prevention, as well as encourage the community to actively participate in dengue prevention activities at health center.
