Stunting is a condition of growth failure in children (body and brain growth) or chronic malnutrition due to being malnourished for a long time, resulting in children being shorter than normal children of their age and having delays in thinking. The problem of stunting is still the main focus in handling nutritional problems in Indonesia. Method: This type of research is analytical observational research with a cross-sectional study design. The population and sample in this study were 40 toddlers aged 24-49 months who were taken by accidental sampling. Univariate, bivariate and multivariate data analysis using Chi-square analysis techniques. This research started from April 16 to May 15 2024. Results: The results of the study showed that 24 toddlers (60%) were stunted and 16 toddlers (40%) were not stunted. There is a relationship between the role of health workers (p=0.003), parenting style (p=0.009) and the availability of pediatricians (p=0.021). Conclusion: It is hoped that community health centers can create more constructive programs to minimize risk factors that cause stunting.
Yunita TheresianaDaisy NoviraJon Hendri NurdanHartian PansoriFirman Bintara Maju Harianja

2024-07-252024-07-2522109–114109–114Clinical Instructor Training Using One Minute Preceptor (OMP) Guidance Method In Rsud Argamakmur North Bengkulu
https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/ssj/article/view/6693

The competence of professional nurses is measured through competency tests organized by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Kemenristek Dikti, 2015). But until now, there are still many problems encountered in nurse human resources in achieving competency test graduation well. Clinical learning determines the quality of nursing students' learning outcomes. Thus, preceptors can be said to be the embodiment of the implementation of the nursing education curriculum provided by clinical supervisors and can be a provision for students to apply knowledge based on their competencies. The lack of interaction time between preceptors and students can be caused by the workload of preceptors. Seeing the limitations and duties of preceptors, a clinical guidance method is needed that can overcome these problems. The One Minute Preceptor (OMP) guidance method is an effective guidance method that can be used in limited time (Fagundes et al., 2020). This clinical guidance method is a method that is not too complicated and is considered right on target to overcome the problem of limited time owned by preceptors (Seki et al., 2016). So it is necessary to organize a better learning system. This study aims to improve the ability of preceptors to educate students in providing safe nursing care. The type of research is quantitative with a pre-post test quasi experiment design. The sample in this study consisted of 37 preceptors. Academic Preceptor 11 people, Clinical Preceptor 26 people. Sampling with total sampling. The results showed that most of the preceptors were female, aged late adulthood (36-45 years), most had a Ners education and had been preceptors for 1-5 years. The mean post test scores of knowledge, attitudes, skills and cumulative preceptors were higher than the pre-test scores. This study shows that clinical instructors need to be equipped with understanding and skills in their implementation in guiding students. It is expected that preceptors can apply the One Minute Preceptor (OMP) guidance method in nursing practice
Emi PebrianiPipi YuniartiRavika Ramlis

https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/ssj/article/view/6937

Based on the Ministry of Health's Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) (2022), the prevalence of stunted toddlers in Indonesia reached 21.6%. Meanwhile, data from the Bengkulu City Health Service shows that out of 10,237 toddlers, 147 toddlers are stunted, whose height and weight are lower than children their age. Based on the conditions above, one form of treatment that can be done is through education about balanced nutrition. This study aims to be able to carry out nursing care and document the results of nursing care for Families of Mr. D and Mr. M with a stunted toddler, by providing health education about balanced nutrition in the working area of Betungan Nursing Health Center in 2023.The method in nursing care is a case study using a descriptive method, namely by using facts according to the data obtained regarding the patient's condition. The results of this study show that in assessing families with stunted toddlers, 1 nursing problem can be established, namely a knowledge deficit. Health education about balanced nutrition can be carried out in the Families of Mr. D and Mr. M with a stunted toddler for 5 days, within 45 minutes of administration, there was an increase in knowledge, in the pre test the client could only answer 1 question out of 5 questions while in the post test the client could answer all the questions correctly.Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that providing health education about balanced nutrition can increase patient knowledge. It is recommended that community health center officers frequently provide health education therefore people can be exposed to material about stunting and increase their knowledge.
Meychania AgyathienIda SamidahYance Hidayat
