Citarik Public Health Center is one of the health centers that implement the MSS. The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of SPM in handling non-communicable diseases (NCDs) at the health center. Based on initial observations, the achievement of NCDs health services in 2022 has not met the target. The implementation of MSS in handling NCDs at the Citarik Health Center has not been effective. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The theory used in this study is Duncan's theory of effectiveness with the measurement of three indicators, namely goal achievement, integration and adaptation. The results of this study indicate that MSS achievements in 2022 for services for Hypertension patients were 7.78% served according to standards, while for services for Diabetes Mellitus patients exceeded the specified target of 151% served according to standards. Socialization with community targets has not been carried out evenly and the quantity of Posbindu cadres has not been met. Therefore, Sukabumi City Disdukcapil has innovated services from offline to online through the Moci Legit Service application, this is done to provide convenience to the community so that the service process is more effective and efficient, but in its implementation there are several phenomena of problems found, namely: 1.not yet optimal socialization carried out, 2.the application system often experiences trouble, 3. inaccuracy of document completion, 4.there is no complaint feature in the application. This study aims to determine how the effectiveness of public services based on the legitimate moci service application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sukabumi City. The theory used in this study is the effectiveness theory from Gibson and Steers which includes 5 dimensions: productivity, quality, efficiency, flexibility, and satisfaction. During this period, Megawati has managed to maintain her position as a charismatic female political figure. Despite public doubts about her figure, Megawati is the de facto leader of one of the largest parties, as well as the only female president who has ever led the Republic of Indonesia. As a politician who has a strong character, Megawati has never escaped the media spotlight. Through her various controversial statements, Megawati's remarks are cited as a hot topic of discussion in the media. Reflecting on his charisma and rhetorical power, Megawati's speech is an interesting rhetorical phenomenon to analyze. Speech by Megawati Soekarno Putri on the Birthday of the Indonesian Democratic Party – Struggle (PDI Perjuangan), was a form of ceremonial speech filled with political messages. Megawati's speech was delivered in a heated political atmosphere, ahead of the contestation moment for the 2024 Presidential Election. This study aims to analyze the rhetorical strategy used by Megawati to reveal the implicit meaning contained in it. Referring to the rhetorical analysis method, the results of the study show that Megawati's speech applies the typical communication style of female leaders. Apart from that, Megawati's speech also applied a rhetorical strategy that was oriented towards emphasizing aspects of personal identity as a descendant of Bung Karno, authority as chairman of the PDI-P, and his superiority over President Jokowi as his cadre. This research is quantitative research. This study used a sample size of 38 people. The analysis method used is simple linear regression with the SPSS program. The results of this study state that public services have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Bandung Regency. This is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 &lt;0.05 or a calculated t value of 6.047&gt; t table value of 1.685. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that public services have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Bandung Regency is accepted. This research was conducted in Trana Village, Teon Nila Serua sub-district, Central Maluku Regency. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were considered to be directly involved in the Stunting Prevention and Countermeasure Policy Implementation process in Trana Village, Teon Nila Serua sub-district, Central Maluku Regency. The results of the study are based on an analysis using the Van Meter and Van Horn policy implementation model which shows that there are still indicators that have not been achieved properly. Human resources at the lower level, especially cadres, are still lacking both in terms of quantity and quality. The characteristics of the implementing organization have not been fulfilled properly. The attitude of the implementers, especially in the community's understanding of the policy is still lacking. Communication and coordination are not optimal, because there are still activities that are not on target in their implementation. This research was conducted in Matakus Village, South Tanimbar District, Tanimbar Islands Regency. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were considered to be directly involved in the Process of the Fisheries Service's Role in Empowering Seaweed Farmers in Matakus Village. The research results show (1). In providing training, the Fisheries Service focuses on determining the location, providing seeds and designing cultivation methods that really help seaweed farmers in dealing with existing problems. For example in dealing with pests. (2). Providing tools to seaweed farmers is very helpful because most of the seaweed farmers have old tools and are damaged.(3). Providing funds to seaweed farmers can assist farmers in completing cultivation infrastructure such as buying stakes, cork, main rope and also increasing the enthusiasm of seaweed farmers in cultivating existing seaweed. Based on the results of the research above, it is suggested to the Department of Fisheries to continue to conduct training for seaweed farmers to improve the ability of farmers in seaweed cultivation. It is hoped that the Fisheries Service will continue to provide tool assistance to farmers so that during the cultivation process the farmers do not lack the tools needed. Good communication will produce good results to realize the vision and mission of the organization. This research aims to find out how communication is carried out from superiors to subordinates to empower the Sundanese community or members. This research is a qualitative research with interview, observation and documentation methods, using 6 informants from Paguyuban Wargi Sunda Bontang structurally selected to be interviewed. The results show that the communication patterns used by the Wargi Sunda Bontang Association in implementing its vision and mission are using Diagonal Communication Patterns, Horizontal Communication Patterns and Vertical Communication Patterns. The results showed that (1) recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance based on the t value of the recruitment variable (X1) is 2.279 and the t table value is 1.692. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which employee competence relates to the satisfaction of goods and services procurement providers in using e-procurement applications in the Cimahi City Regional Government. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method through a descriptive approach. The number of community samples listed is a sample of 62 members of the population. The survey results reveal that there is a correlation between employee competence and satisfaction. The large correlation coefficient is 0.848 (R). R in the correlation, or the correlation between two or more independent variables on the dependent variable shows moderate correlation. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, the number of samples is 95 respondents. The results of the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability as well as the classical assumption test to find out whether the resulting upward equation met the validity of the data. The Sturges interval scale in the study was to determine the perceptions of respondents, a partial test (t-test) was used simultaneously (F-test) to answer the proposed hypothesis. The results of research into (5) the dimensions of the quality of public services; reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles received a "Good" category response from the community in the process of making the KTP-E. And it can be concluded that the Competency of Employees at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Bengkulu Province has been sufficiently implemented. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program DAK Sanitasi di Desa Randuputih berjalan dengan baik dan bemberikan dampak positif. The results of this study indicate that the important role of cognitive and emotional factors in education in the Harapan Bersama Kindergarten environment is that the programs implemented both by teachers at school and parental support at home have had a positive impact in shaping children's understanding and behavior related to caring for waste in their environment. Children's responses suggest that different approaches may be needed to meet individual needs in terms of environmental understanding. This emphasizes the importance of a holistic and diverse approach to environmental education to achieve broader and more integrated outcomes. There were differences in how children responded to environmental issues based on their emotional and cognitive factors, highlighting the complexity of shaping attitudes towards the environment.
