The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data through interviews, classroom observations, curriculum document analysis, and case studies. The aim of the research is to describe Lyotard's postmodernist perspective in deconstructing big narratives, analyzing the impact of big narratives and identifying the potential of small narratives in science learning, analyzing the impact of big narratives in science learning. The research results show that grand narratives provide a broad conceptual framework that helps students understand global issues. However, these narratives are often abstract and therefore difficult to relate to students' daily lives. In contrast, small narratives involving students' local experiences can make learning more relevant and meaningful. Integrating large and small narratives creates more inclusive, relevant and dynamic learning. Grand narratives provide a global framework, while small narratives bridge abstract concepts with real experiences, increasing learner understanding, motivation, and engagement. This combination not only deepens scientific understanding but also builds students' critical thinking and social responsibility skills. The results showed that coaching includes organisation, management, finance, stewardship, asset management, business development, monitoring, evaluation, and administration. One of the main obstacles to improving public services in government agencies is low compliance with established standards. Other factors, such as organizational structure, employee performance, organizational culture, and service systems, also affect public satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe organizational behavior in the context of public service delivery. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing library research as the primary method for data collection, followed by content analysis. The findings indicate that organizational behavior in public institutions is influenced by education, experience, work culture, leadership, training, and incentives. However, not all public agencies possess a supportive organizational culture. &nbsp;This study aims to analyze and show that organizational culture in public institutions has an influence on the good or bad performance of the employees produced. It employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing library research as the primary method of data collection, followed by content analysis. The findings indicate that employee performance in public institutions is influenced by organizational culture. The study shows that the better the organizational culture, the better the performance of employees. This research examines the influence of the work environment on the motivation of MSIB Batch 7 interns at Ruang Belajar Aqil (RBA), a non-profit institution in Malang City that focuses on quality education and community empowerment. The research method used was qualitative with in-depth interviews with MSIB Batch 7 interns in Assistant positions. The research results show that the physical (facilities, cleanliness) and non-physical work environment (relationships between individuals, communication, appreciation) have a significant influence on the motivation of interns. Interns who have high motivation will contribute and produce optimal performance. The causes of decreased motivation of interns are excessive workload and lack of effective communication. Usually when sexual violence occurs, both against lecturers and students or female students, victims are confused about where to report it. If reported to the department or faculty level, victims usually cannot be handled properly because there are no guidelines that become benchmarks in preventing and handling sexual violence on campus. Therefore, a comprehensive and integrated policy tool is needed, starting from clear reporting procedures, structured case handling mechanisms, to an adequate victim assistance system.This research is a type of descriptive research with qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. Informants in this study include the UNP PPKS Task Force, UNP Tendik, UNP Lecturers and UNP Students. This research uses the Policy Instrument Theory from Howlett and Ramesh (1995) which divides instruments into 3 (three) groups, namely, Compulsory Policy Instruments, Voluntary Policy Instruments, and Mixed Policy Instruments.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the policy tools of Permendikbudristek No. 30 of 2021 at UNP has been running through various policy instruments, although there are several instruments that have not been implemented optimally. Referring to the Policy Instrument Theory proposed by Howlett and Ramesh (1995) shows that of the six existing policy instruments, four instruments have been fulfilled well, namely regulations, direct provisions, voluntary organizations, and information and exhortation. The other two instruments, namely public enterprises and subsidies, have not been fulfilled optimally due to constraints in coordination with government agencies and limited funding systems. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of TikTok content exposure from Pandawara Group on its followers' zero-waste behavior, assessed through frequency, intensity, and duration. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method with questionnaires as the research instrument. The population of this study is a 11.9 million followers of the TikTok account Pandawara Group. A total of 100 respondents were selected as the sample, using Slovin's formula. The results of the study prove that In the frequency and intensity variables there was a significant influence while the duration variable had no effect, Next, based on the results of the determination coefficient test, the R-Square value found was 0.181. This study aims to determine the interaction of students in the city of Semarang in using AI technology, especially Chat GPT, in lecture activities through the Human-Machine Communication (HMC) Theory and the Phenomenology approach. The research method used is qualitative, which involves conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that most students considered Chat GPT an effective tool to support the learning process, especially in helping to understand the material and speeding up the search for information. However, some students also expressed concerns about the potential for dependence and negative impacts such as plagiarism. HMC emphasizes the importance of effective communication between humans and machines, where students must master how to give the right commands or prompts so that Chat GPT can provide information relevant to academic needs. The presence of Chat GPT creates dynamic interactions between students and AI. AI technology can help students who have difficulty completing college assignments. The success of budgeting is also determined by administrative improvement factors, including the use of performance-based budget measurement instruments. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research collects data through literature review and policy analysis, focusing on the input, output, and outcome indicators of the program. The findings show that the CHSE program can enhance tourists' trust in the cleanliness and safety of tourist destinations. However, significant challenges were found in its implementation, particularly in tourist destinations and village tourism, which have not fully understood the certification procedures and face financial constraints. The implications of this study highlight the importance of improving training, socialization, and technical support for destination managers to expand the application of CHSE, especially in village tourism. The findings reveal that GrosirOne applies five elements of integrated marketing communication: advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and direct marketing. These elements are not implemented separately but are well-coordinated to support the company's primary goal of building stronger brand awareness. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method and employs the theory of Diana M. DiNitto with four dimensions: communication, resources, bureaucracy, and attitudes. Data for this study were obtained from interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Smoke-Free Area (KTR) policy in the Office of Education and Culture (P&amp;K) of Sukabumi City is still not optimal due to inadequate resources, unstructured bureaucracy, and attitudes that show some employees still smoke inside the office. This study aims to analyze and compare the communication styles that have developed within the Communication Science Student Association (HIMAKSI) and the Public Administration Student Association (HIMAPLIK) at Dehasen University in Bengkulu, as well as to examine how these communication styles reflect the leadership patterns of each organization. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews with the chairpersons, executives, members, and advisors of both organizations. The results of the study indicate that HIMAPLIK adopts an open, participatory, and professional communication style, consistent with democratic leadership and a communication structure that runs vertically and horizontally in a balanced manner. Conversely, HIMAKSI exhibits a tendency toward inconsistent and one-way communication, reflecting a semi-authoritarian leadership model. These findings were analyzed using organizational communication theory (Goldhaber), communication style theory (Norton), and leadership style theory (Lewin). Clear, open, and participatory communication practices are key to building a sense of belonging and active involvement among youth. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research examines the program's effectiveness through Richard Matland's policy implementation theory, encompassing the dimensions of the right policy, right implementer, right target, and right environment. The findings indicate that the KOTAKU Program has generally been effective in reducing slum areas through improvements in basic infrastructure and flood control. The right policy dimension reveals that the policies align with local needs, while the right implementer highlights the coordination between DPRKP, Community Self-Reliance Agencies (BKM), and other stakeholders. However, in the right target dimension, there is a disparity in perceptions between the community and program implementers, with communities feeling that the benefits are unevenly distributed. The right environment dimension indicates that the program has considered local conditions, though community participation in maintaining program outcomes remains low. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis focused on the implementation by the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) of Bengkulu City. The findings indicate that the program has significantly improved accessibility and mobility, especially in densely populated and peripheral areas. However, the implementation faces several obstacles, including budget constraints, geographic difficulties, inconsistent construction quality, and weak interagency coordination. The analysis also shows early signs of good governance principles being applied, although impact-based evaluation remains underdeveloped. The study employs a qualitative approach using literature review methods through systematic analysis of relevant scientific literature from 2020-2025. Research findings indicate that effective brand image building strategies encompass four main dimensions: integrated digital marketing implementation, integration of educational excellence with stakeholder collaboration, optimization of visual media and institutional narratives, and integrated reputation management. Digital marketing strategies include optimization of digital traffic, conversion, and stakeholder engagement through diverse digital platforms. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of political literacy conducted by the General Election Commission (KPU) of Samarinda City in increasing the participation of first-time voters through Instagram. The study employs a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that KPU Samarinda has implemented various political literacy programs, including outreach in schools, utilization of Instagram, and democracy training for youth. However, challenges such as low political interest among young voters and limited resources remain obstacles. As a local television station, TVKU faces significant challenges in maintaining its existence amidst the rapid growth of digital media. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving the TVKU marketing team and its business partners. The results show that TVKU applies three main marketing strategies: pull, push, and pass. The pull strategy is implemented by creating relevant, engaging, and educational content through digital platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. The push strategy involves partnerships with various parties, both commercially and through barter agreements, along with offering flexible promotional services. The pass strategy focuses on building a positive brand image through consistent content and sustainable collaborations. These strategies have proven effective in increasing audience involvement (customer engagement) and expanding the network of business partners. This study aims to determine the Saparan tradition as a communication medium to preserve the arts, especially in the context of local arts in Tajuk village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques in the form of data collection techniques: interviews, observations, documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Saparan Tradition is a strong cultural communication medium in building and maintaining the identity of the local community. The Saparan Tradition has an important role in intercultural communication, especially in terms of preserving local arts. In addition, it was found that the Saparan tradition is a bridge for the process of exchanging messages between individuals or groups from different cultural backgrounds. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, which seeks to provide an in-depth description of marketing communication strategies in increasing brand awareness among Forthis House customers. The data used in this research consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct observation and in-depth interviews with key informants, namely the owner of Forthis House and two regular customers selected through purposive sampling until data saturation was reached. Meanwhile, secondary data were collected from various written sources such as books, journals, and relevant documents to support field findings. Data collection techniques included non-participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation in the form of photos or supporting archives. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, which consists of three stages: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. Through this approach, the research is expected to provide a comprehensive, valid, and meaningful overview of Forthis House's marketing communication strategies in increasing brand awareness. The results of the study indicate that the marketing communication strategy implemented by Forthis House Samarinda has proven effective in enhancing brand awareness and driving sales growth. The implementation of various promotional mix elements such as advertising through billboards and social media, interactive sales promotions, and a friendly and targeted personal selling approach has successfully built a strong relationship between the brand and its consumers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to provide an in-depth description of the communication strategies applied by the Laskar Pemuda Adat Dayak Kalimantan Timur (LPADKT) organization in preserving Dayak culture in the city of Samarinda. Primary data were obtained through interviews with the leaders and bureau heads of LPADKT, while secondary data were gathered from relevant documents and literature. Data analysis was conducted inductively to identify patterns and themes related to communication strategies, cross-cultural dynamics, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in cultural preservation. The results show that the organizational communication applied by LPADKT in preserving Dayak culture in Samarinda is effective and well-structured. Clarity of messages, appropriate selection of communication channels, and consistent communication frequency, supported by a culture of openness, enable cultural values to be conveyed effectively, especially to the younger generation. The use of social media as a mass communication channel, combined with interpersonal and organizational communication, successfully increases active participation from members and the wider community. Additionally, systematic coordination and constructive conflict management strengthen organizational solidarity, allowing cultural preservation goals to be optimally achieved. This study aims to examine the representation of emotional expressions in interpersonal communication in the music video "Dunia Tipu-Tipu" by Yura Yunita. This research uses an interpretative qualitative approach with the Roland Barthes semiotic analysis method. The music video "Dunia Tipu-Tipu" displays various forms of emotional expressions without dialog, through visual symbols such as eye gaze, facial expressions, and body gestures. The emotions depicted in a number of scenes show the dynamics of relationships between individuals, including couples, friends, and families. The results show that expressions such as sadness, affection, hope, and gratitude are deeply displayed through nonverbal communication. All of these representations are analyzed based on the three layers of meaning in Barthes' semiotics, namely denotation, connotation, and myth. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripsif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penyampaian informasi melalui tradisi <em>Tartibe</em> dilakukan oleh para <em>lebe</em>, yaitu tokoh agama yang bertugas menyebarkan informasi melalui sistem komunikasi dari rumah ke rumah. Tradisi ini berfokus pada pemberitahuan perayaan hari-hari besar Islam, seperti awal Ramadhan, malam tujuh likur, Idul Fitri, dan Idul Adha. Mekanisme penyampaian informasi dilakukan setelah musyawarah antara tokoh adat dan agama, kemudian informasi disampaikan secara langsung oleh empat lebe kepada warga. Effective communication between the Semarang City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and the community is needed, especially in flood disaster management. This study uses disaster communication theory, a phenomenological approach, and qualitative methods by conducting in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The study results show that BPBD utilizes an internal communication system through a data and information center, a strap system, or the current situation in responding to disasters to find out conditions at the flood disaster location and map the impacts caused.
