This study aims to analyze the level of participation of members of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) in the Working Area of the Selebar Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) in the utilization of yard land and to analyze what factors are associated with the participation of members of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) in the Working Area of Selebar Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) in the utilization of yard land. The research was conducted from July to August 2024. The population in this study was 116 people with a sample size of 90 people determined by proportional stratified random sampling method. Data were analyzed by Pearson product moment statistical test. The results showed that the level of participation of KWT members in utilizing the yard was in the high category. Factors that are significantly related to the level of participation of KWT members are formal education, motivation, time devotion, accuracy of counseling methods, suitability of materials, competence of extension workers, group goals, group cohesiveness and group atmosphere. The purpose of this research was to determine the response of farmers to the chili planting movement program and to analyze the factors that influence farmers' responses to the chili planting program in the Kerapu Makmur Farmers Group, Berkas Village. This research was conducted from August 1 to August 30, 2024. The population in this research was 30 people and was analyzed using a Likert scale. This research method uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis. The results of the research showed that the farmer's response to the chili planting program in the Kerapu Makmur Group, Berkas Village, Teluk Segara District, Bengkulu City was in the moderate category (39.3) Factors that influence farmers' responses to the chili planting . A study has been conducted with the aim of calculating the yield of octopus cracker processing with variations in octopus percentage, and analysing the level of consumer preference for octopus crackers with variations in octopus percentage. The study was conducted using a factorial design with 5 treatment variations, namely octopus percentage of 10%; 20%; 30%; 40% and 50%. The analysis was carried out on octopus crackers consisting of yield analysis and organoleptic tests using 20 fairly trained panellists to test the level of preference for colour, aroma, and texture parameters. The results showed that the yield of octopus cracker processing ranged from 38.35 - 42.17%. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a partial and simultaneous influence of service quality and human resource competency </em><em>toward</em><em> employee performance. This research was conducted at the Pesawaran Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service. The type of research used is quantitative. The respondents in this study were 35 employees. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and questionnaires. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. </em><em>The research results show that there is an influence of service quality toward employee performance, as evidenced by tcount 9.888 &gt; ttable 1.692. There is an influence of human resource competency toward employee performance, proven by tcount 9,815. &gt; ttable 1.692. There is an influence of service quality and human resource competency together toward employee performance as evidenced by the Fcount value of 69.25 &gt; Ftable 3.25. Employee performance significantly impacts organizational success, as seen in the Research and Development Agency (Balitbangda) of Tulang Bawang Regency, where work discipline and motivation are key factors. Observations indicate that low employee discipline, characterized by tardiness and absenteeism, along with low motivation due to insufficient rewards and adequate facilities, hinder performance. This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and motivation on the performance of Balitbangda employees, with the expectation of generating recommendations for performance improvement and the organization's contribution to regional development. Research methods involve scientific approaches to obtain data for specific purposes, conducted rationally, empirically, and systematically. This study was conducted at the Research and Development Agency of Tulang Bawang Regency using a descriptive quantitative approach, aiming to accurately describe facts and characteristics of the population. The research population consists of 27 civil servants, with a sample of 26 respondents after the researcher was excluded from the sample. The research variables include work discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Balitbangda employees, contributing 21.3%, thus accepting the first hypothesis. Additionally, motivation also has a significant impact on employee performance, contributing 11.1%, thereby accepting the second hypothesis. As the congregation grew and the complexity of tasks increased, the number of council members also rose, and they are now responsible for worship, religious activities, as well as administrative, social, and financial aspects. Although the quality of human resources has improved through training and the application of technology, low motivation and self-confidence among the members remain challenges, evidenced by a delay rate exceeding 10% each month. Efforts to enhance self-confidence through training have not been fully effective, and visits by the council to the congregation, along with education and health programs, need to be improved. Further research is needed to understand the impact of motivation and self-confidence on the performance of the council and to design interventions to improve church services. This research will be conducted at the HKBP Metro Church, chosen for its relevance to the research focus and for having a sufficient number of councils to serve as a sample. The study will take place from June to July 2024, using a descriptive quantitative approach. This type of research aims to present facts and characteristics of the population systematically and accurately. The method employed is field research with a quantitative approach, which is objective in nature. The population in this study consists of 42 members of the HKBP Metro Church Council. The researcher will include all members except themselves, resulting in a sample size of 41. This study is categorized as population research. The variables used include independent variables, namely Motivation (X1) and Self-Confidence (X2), and a dependent variable, which is Council Performance (Y), influenced by the independent variables. Based on the data analysis and hypothesis testing conducted, conclusions have been drawn regarding the factors influencing the performance of the HKBP Metro Church Council. First, the Motivation variable (X1) has an influence of 41.1% on Council Performance (Y). Second, the Self-Confidence variable (X2) also has an influence of 41.1% on Council Performance (Y). This type of research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 100 respondents. The research results show that multiple linear regression Y = 21,967 + 0.141X1 + 0.312X2 + 0.129X3 + 3,943. Where the coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the variables Price (X1), Taste (X2) Location (X3), the value is 0 (zero), Purchase Decision (Y) in the Warmindo Support business in Bengkulu City. The price test results (XI) show tcount 2,350 &gt; ttable 1,984 and significance 0.021 &lt; 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Support Warmindo business in Bengkulu City. The results of the taste test (X2) show tcount 5.086 &gt; ttable 1.984 and significance 0.000 &lt; 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that taste has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Support Warmindo business in Bengkulu City. The results of the location test (X3) show tcount 2.143&gt; ttable 1.984 and significance 0.035 &lt;0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Support Warmindo business in Bengkulu City. Based on the comparison of the Fcount value with Ftable, the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 13,821 &gt; 2.47, so it is concluded that accepting the hypothesis, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between price (XI), taste (X2), location (X3) on purchasing decisions at the Support Warmindo business in Bengkulu City.
