The Penerapan Firewall Untuk Keamanan Jaringan Pada SMKN 3 Kota Bengkulu

The use of computer networks at SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bengkulu increases the need for security against threats such as illegal access and DoS/DDoS attacks. This study implements a Mikrotik firewall using Filter Rules, Raw Rules, Mangle Rules, and DDoS limits using the Security Life Cycle (SLC) method.Test results show that Filter Rules are effective in blocking illegal access, Raw Rules are efficient in handling volumetric attacks because they work before connection tracking, and Mangle Rules are useful for traffic management. The application of DDoS limits has been proven to reduce the number of excessive connections so that the network remains stable.This study proves that the Mikrotik firewall can enhance school network security and can serve as a reference for implementing more comprehensive security policies

Penerapan Algoritma K-Means Clustering Dalam Menganalisis Tren Data Pemilih Di Kabupaten Seluma

General elections are one of the main pillars of the democratic system in Indonesia. Voter turnout is an important indicator in assessing the success of elections. Seluma Regency shows variations in voter characteristics in each sub-district, in terms of number, gender, and age. This study aims to analyze voter participation trends by applying the K-Means Clustering algorithm to group regions based on similar voter characteristics. The data used includes the number of Permanent Voter Lists (DPT), age categories, and gender, obtained from the Seluma Regency General Election Commission (KPU) in 2024. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, with the Python programming language and the Flask framework. The clustering results show that of the 200 villages/subdistricts analyzed, 137 villages/subdistricts (68.5%) were included in the low cluster and 63 villages/subdistricts (31.5%) were in the high cluster. Although the number of villages/subdistricts in the low cluster is more dominant, the distribution of voters based on gender and age group is relatively balanced between the two clusters, with a slight tendency to be more concentrated in the high cluster. This information is expected to serve as a strategic basis for the KPU.in developing a more effective and targeted outreach program. System testing was conducted using the black box method to ensure that all functions ran according to plan.

Determining the best employees is an effort to provide appreciation while also motivating employee performance within the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Bengkulu. This study applies the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to provide recommendations for the best employees in an objective, systematic, and data-driven manner. The method is used because it can process data based on relevant criteria and produce consistent rankings. The assessment process involves collecting data from 11 employees based on registration data for the year 2024, which is then processed using the MOORA method to obtain rankings from highest to lowest. The best employee recommendations are established for the top three rankings. Based on the calculations, the three best employees identified are Tiharman, SH, Sutomo, S.Sos, and Dahril Alpansi, SH. The results of this research are expected to serve as a reference for the faculty in determining the best employees more accurately and transparently each year

Implementasi Kombinasi Hill Cipher Dan Steganografi Least Signifiaction Bit Untuk Evaluasi Kualitas Citra Digital

This study implements a combination of Hill Cipher and Least Significant Bit (LSB) steganography to improve data security and evaluate digital image quality. The Hill Cipher is used to encrypt text with 2×2 key matrix, while LSB inserts the encrypted message into the least significant bits of BMP image. The research method used is applied research with stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The test results show that the integration of these two methods maintains image quality with a low Mean Square Error (MSE) value (0.0001–2.9424) and high Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) (83.6554–103.4438 dB), indicating visually undetectable changes. The simulations prove the effectiveness of the system in securing data without significant image degradation. The conclusion of this study is that the combination of Hill Cipher and LSB steganography is effective in securing data without significantly compromising image quality. This study also provides an alternative solution for data security by utilizing hybrid cryptography and steganography techniques.

This study aims to evaluate the quality of wireless network services in the Informatics and Computer Engineering Department, Makassar State University and analyze the evaluation results based on Quality of Service (QoS) parameters with reference to the TIPHON standard. This study uses an action research method with a repetitive cycle. Data were collected through direct measurements of QoS parameters such as throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter at various access points in the department building. 2. Based on the data obtained, the average signal strength value (-65) with the category "fairly good", the average download speed value (13.48) with the category "fast/fairly good" and the average upload speed (9.27) with the category "moderate/good". Then the average value of QoS parameters after comparing the parameter index value with the TIPHON standard, the results of the study showed that the average value of the throughput index (3.6) is in the "very good" category, the average value of the packet loss index (3.3) is in the "good" category, the average value of the delay index (2.4) is in the "good" category, and the average value of the jitter index (3) is in the "good" category. After comparing the parameter index value with the TIPHON standard and performing normalization, the average value of the QoS index was (0.5625). This value shows that overall, the quality of wireless network services in the Informatics and Computer Engineering Department building is at a "fairly good" level.

Application for measuring user satisfaction of the Legal Documentation and Information Network website (JDIH) Using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, it can assist the National Legal Documentation and Information Network in measuring the satisfaction of users of the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) website and can identify and understand the use of the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method in measuring the satisfaction of users of the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) website. In applying the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method to measure the satisfaction level of JDIH website users, a web-based application was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, which can be accessed online via the internet at https://kepuasanpengguna-jdih-bengkulutengahkab.online/. Based on testing using the black box method, the results show that the functionality of the application for measuring user satisfaction with the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) website has performed as expected and can analyze satisfaction ratings to obtain measurement results for the level of user satisfaction with the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) website.

In a school, the ranking of outstanding students is usually only selected based on their final grades, as is the case at SMK 02 Bengkulu City. The selection of outstanding students at SMK 02 Bengkulu City is only based on report card grades ranked 1 to 5. This selection process has many opportunities to make wrong decisions because the student selection process is only based on one aspect, namely the student's final grades, while the attitude and achievement scores obtained outside of school are not taken into consideration as additional criteria for determining students who are considered outstanding and receive scholarships. This means that there is a high probability that the selected outstanding students do not meet the desired standards and do not get the best candidates. The purpose of this study is to provide an alternative way for schools to determine outstanding students so that it is not only based on academic grades, and there is no cheating in the selection of outstanding students. The method used in this study is the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. The results of this study show that the PSI method can provide the best results from the predetermined criteria and weights.

Objective teacher performance assessment is an important step in improving the quality of education in schools. This study aims to analyze the comparison between the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method and the PSI (Preference Selection Index) method in determining the best teachers at SD Negeri 14 Seluma based on teacher performance assessment data for the 2023/2024 academic year. The comparison was conducted through three main aspects, namely processing time, final assessment results, and accuracy levels measured using a confusion matrix. The results showed that the SMART method had a faster processing time than the PSI method. However, both methods produced the same final results in determining the best teachers, with identical rankings. In terms of accuracy, both the SMART and PSI methods showed the same accuracy level of 80%. System testing using the blackbox method also showed that the developed application functions well and is capable of providing accurate recommendations for the best teachers each year.

Mobile-based applications enable students and lecturers to access information and conduct various academic activities anytime and anywhere, as long as they are connected to the internet. This research aims to design and build a hybrid mobile-based thesis title submission application using the Ionic framework to simplify and expedite the process. The thesis title submission process in higher education is often still done manually, which is time-consuming, prone to administrative errors, and makes it difficult for students to monitor the application status. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This application provides features for students to submit titles, view application status, and receive approval or rejection notifications from their supervisors. The supervisors can also accept, reject, or provide comments on the application. Test results indicate that the application runs well on the Android platform and is considered responsive and user-friendly by users. With this application, the thesis title submission process becomes more efficient, transparent, and digitally documented.

This study develops an expert system for diagnosing mental disorders using the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method and the Symmetric Similarity Method to detect types of psychiatric disorders based on patient symptoms. The CBR method is used to reason about new cases by comparing them to past cases stored in the knowledge base, while the Symmetric Similarity Method is used to calculate the degree of similarity between those cases. The research was conducted at Soeprapto Psychiatric Hospital (RSJ Soeprapto) in Bengkulu and developed the diagnostic expert system using Laravel and MySQL. With this system, the diagnostic process can be carried out more quickly and efficiently, and it can be used by the public for early detection before receiving a direct examination from a psychiatric specialist.

This research aims to develop a web-based drug sales system at Cahaya Farma Pharmacy, equipped with a drug inventory prediction feature to assist the pharmacy in more efficient stock management. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with MySQL database support for data storage, and employs the Multiple Linear Regression method as an analytical tool to estimate future drug inventory needs. Test results showed the method was effective in predicting drug inventory levels. In the January 2025 test, the prediction for Amoxicillin 500mg Tablets yielded 32 results compared to the actual data of 40, with an accuracy rate of 80% (Good category). Meanwhile, the prediction for Paracetamol Tablets yielded 22 results from the actual data of 27, with an accuracy rate of 81.48% (Good category). These results demonstrate that the Multiple Linear Regression method is capable of representing the relationship between sales, purchases, and inventory variables with a good level of accuracy, thus providing a basis for decision-making regarding drug stock management at Cahaya Farma Pharmacy

Technological advances currently play a crucial role in supporting various human activities, including the athlete selection process. Youth and Sports Office in Bengkulu City (Dispora) is responsible for developing student athletes with special needs to achieve success at the regional and international levels. However, the current selection process remains subjective and lacks a structured decision support system. This study aims to apply the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to assist in making the selection process for student athletes with special needs more objective, measurable, and transparent. The criteria used include body posture (anthropometrics), age, medical tests, and track record of achievements. The application of the AHP has proven effective in improving the quality of decision-making, providing fairer selection opportunities that align with the characteristics of prospective student athletes with special needs.

Performance Evaluation of Satpol PP is an important aspect in improving work effectiveness and professionalism. However, the subjective and unstructured appraisal process often leads to unfairness and inaccuracy in decision making. To overcome this problem, this study implements the Exponential Weighted Average (EWA) method in a Decision Support System (DSS) to provide a more objective, systematic, and measurable performance evaluation. EWA is used to compare various performance criteria exponentially, resulting in more accurate assessment weights based on their level of importance. The criteria used include discipline, responsibility, teamwork, initiative, and leadership. With the aim of assisting the government of Bengkulu City in assessing the performance of Satpol PP, it can be concluded that this will simplify the data input process and the presentation of evaluation results. The results of the implementation show that the system built is capable of providing consistent performance assessment recommendations that are acceptable to Satpol PP management. Thus, the implementation of ECM in DSS has proven to be effective in supporting a more fair and transparent performance assessment decision-making process.

Perancangan Aplikasi Sistem PPDB InSchool dalam Mendukung Proses Digitalisasi Sekolah

The development of technology in Indonesia, especially in the field of education, has now brought convenience in carrying out activities related to education, for example in the PPDB (New Student Admission) activities where many schools still carry out PPDB activities offline. This activity feels less effective and efficient in the current digital era, so a system is needed that can facilitate the PPDB process in all schools, especially in Indonesia. By using the PPDB application, it is hoped that the schools concerned can adapt to the increasingly advanced technological era and not be fixated on the old, outdated system. This research was compiled using the Research and Development (R&D) research method with a Waterfall approach that includes several stages that must be carried out, including needs analysis, system design, application implementation, system testing, and maintenance. And for the testing phase, using blackbox testing aims to measure the ability of our application to function and run well or not. This research is expected to assist in the implementation of PPDB activities. This system is designed and designed using Visual Basic, then for database processing using MySQL. We designed this application to be as simple and as simple as possible so that it is easy to use by students and schools that have access to the application. This application is expected to inspire other schools that have not yet implemented an online PPDB system.

Layanan terapi wicara memerlukan pencatatan rekam medis dan pemantauan perkembangan anak yang terstruktur agar proses terapi dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan terukur. Namun, pada banyak fasilitas terapi, pencatatan masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga rawan kesalahan, sulit ditelusuri, dan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem rekam medis dan monitoring perkembangan anak yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung alur layanan terapi wicara. Metode pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui pendekatan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem yang dirancang mencakup fitur pengelolaan data pasien, pencatatan hasil asesmen, jadwal terapi, catatan sesi terapi, serta grafik perkembangan anak. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu membantu terapis dalam mendokumentasikan data secara lebih akurat dan memudahkan pemantauan progres terapi dari waktu ke waktu. Dengan demikian, sistem ini berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas layanan terapi wicara melalui pengelolaan informasi yang lebih efektif dan terintegrasi.

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yuppi Wonokerto, one of the schools in Lubuklinggau, currently has a computer laboratory to support teaching and learning activities. The computer network is equipped with internet access, and the laboratory facilities are used to support teaching and learning activities. With Network Management within Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yuppi Wonokerto, it is expected that the computer network at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yuppi Wonokerto will improve and be more useful for teaching and learning activities. Network management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yuppi Wonokerto has resulted in a more structured network, allowing for more beneficial internet access, such as restricting access to websites unrelated to teaching and learning activities. The network management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yuppi Wonokerto utilizes a MikroTik router. MikroTik routers are excellent for network management, with resource usage being as low as 25%.

Abstrak

Hasil pendidikan vokasi memiliki peran strategis dalam mempersiapkan tenaga kerja terampil dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Namun, di Kota Bengkulu, distribusi dan kualitas Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMP) masih belum merata, yang berdampak pada kesenjangan akses pendidikan dan ketidaksetaraan sumber daya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Weighted Overlay dalam Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk memetakan potensi pendidikan SMA kejuruan di Kota Bengkulu secara lebih sistematis dan akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis spasial berbasis Weighted Overlay. Data yang digunakan meliputi aspek jumlah siswa, kualitas fasilitas, ketersediaan tenaga pengajar, dan aksesibilitas sekolah. Data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SIG untuk menghasilkan peta tematik yang menggambarkan tingkat potensi pendidikan SMA kejuruan di berbagai wilayah Kota Bengkulu.

Mal Pelayanan Publik ( MPP ) merupakan salah satu tempat yang mengintegrasikan berbagai layanan publik dari kementerian, lembaga, pemerintah daerah, BUMN, BUMD, dan swasta dalam satu lokasi untuk memberikan pelayanan yang lebih cepat, mudah, dan nyaman bagi masyarakat di Kabupaten Kepahiang yang saat ini telah memiliki beberapa komputer dan jaringan Local Area Network ( LAN ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa jaringan Local Area Network di Mal Pelayanan Publik ( MPP ) Kabupaten Kepahiang. Pada Mal Pelayanan Publik ( MPP) Kabupaten Kepahiang, jaringan komputer Local Area Network (LAN) yang digunakan adalah jaringan dengan Topology bus. Diharapkan komputer dan jaringan Local Area Network ( LAN ) dapat digunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan di Mal Pelayanan Publik ( MPP ) Kabupaten Kepahiang.

Pengembangan Prototype Aplikasi Mobile Pariwisata Berbasis MIT App Inventor untuk Mendukung Digitalisasi Destinasi Wisata Daerah

Digitalisasi sektor pariwisata kini menjadi tujuan strategis untuk memiliki aksesibilitas informasi yang lebih baik di berbagai destinasi wisata dan meningkatkan daya saing regional. Kabupaten Lampung Selatan memiliki potensi besar untuk pemanfaatan berkelanjutan sumber daya alam dan lautnya dalam pariwisata. Namun, hal ini belum didukung oleh sistem informasi mobile yang terintegrasi. Penelitian saat ini akan fokus pada pengembangan prototipe aplikasi pariwisata mobile yang dibangun di atas MIT App Inventor sebagai model awal untuk digitalisasi destinasi wisata regional. Pendekatan penelitian mengikuti metodologi tipe Research and Development (R&D) yang mencakup pembangunan model pengembangan prototipe yang didasarkan pada kombinasi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan terapan, validasi ahli media, dan pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Validasi dilakukan oleh dua kelompok ahli media dengan alat skala Likert. Tingkat kelayakan dalam hasil penelitian adalah 81,2% dengan kategori sangat layak. Pengujian fungsional menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi bekerja sesuai desain. Prototipe ini menggambarkan bahwa alat teknologi pemrograman visual, seperti MIT App Inventor, dapat efisien dan efektif dalam memfasilitasi proses digitalisasi informasi destinasi wisata.

INTEGRASI APRIORI & FP-GROWTH PADA BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM UNTUK OPTIMALISASI STRATEGI PENJUALAN

Grocery stores as small-scale retail businesses generate large volumes of sales transaction data that have not been optimally utilized to support business decision-making. These transaction data contain valuable information in the form of customer purchasing patterns that can be analyzed using association rule mining techniques. This study aims to integrate the Apriori and FP-Growth methods into a Business Intelligence System to optimize sales strategies in a grocery store.Sales transaction data were processed using the WEKA application by applying two association rule mining methods, namely Apriori and FP-Growth. The Apriori method was implemented with a minimum confidence value of 90%, while the FP-Growth method used a minimum confidence value of 55%. The results show that the Apriori method produces association rules with a higher level of confidence, particularly for combinations of staple products such as rice, cooking oil, sugar, and instant noodles. Meanwhile, the FP-Growth method generates a wider variety of association rules with lower confidence values but offers superior computational efficiency in terms of processing time.A comparative analysis indicates that the Apriori method is more effective in producing highly reliable association rules for specific strategic recommendations, whereas the FP-Growth method is more suitable for exploring overall purchasing patterns with lower computational complexity. The integration of both methods into a Business Intelligence System provides strategic recommendations related to inventory management, product placement, and promotion planning based on customer purchasing behavior. Land use changes occur from year to year. This information can be done periodically. There is a sensing technology used to describe objects and monitor changes in land use. The purpose of this study is to detect land use shifts in Tanjung Baru Village through satellite imagery. The data used is then analyzed through Land Use Analysis using ArcGIS Software with image maps from Google Earth. Tanjung Baru Village has an area of 442, 541 Ha. Tanjung Baru Village has areas such as residential areas with an area of 132, 532 ha, vacant land with an area of 75, 144 ha, plantations / forests with an area of 225, 050 ha and others with an area of 9,815 ha. This study aims to design and implement a network security system using AlienVault OSSIM at SMK N 4 Kota Bengkulu. The method used in this research is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), which consists of analysis, design, simulation, implementation, monitoring, and management stages. AlienVault is implemented as a standalone operating system running on a virtual machine using VMware and is utilized to perform centralized network monitoring, threat detection, and security management. System testing is conducted using the black box method by simulating attacks such as port scanning and ping flooding. The test results show that AlienVault is capable of detecting network activities, identifying connected devices, and providing alerts for suspicious activities. With the implementation of this system, network security at SMK N 4 Kota Bengkulu becomes more controlled, secure, and supportive of teaching and learning activities.

The development of information technology in the Industry 4.0 era has driven significant changes in how organizations utilize data to support strategic decision-making. Data utilization is no longer limited to transaction recording but has shifted toward data processing as a source of predictive information that plays an important role in competitive business management. The urgency of this research is reinforced by the relatively low level of adoption of data-driven analytical systems among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, including the outdoor equipment rental sector. In the modern business environment, decision-making can no longer rely solely on intuition but must be supported by data and predictive analysis to improve efficiency and competitiveness. Therefore, the development of a Smart Inventory Management system based on Business Intelligence, implementing the Apriori and FP-Growth algorithms at SAVANA Outdoor Store, is expected to provide automatic recommendations for inventory requirements based on real and representative historical transaction patterns. Based on the results of processing outdoor equipment rental data using the Apriori algorithm with a confidence value of 68%, several association rules were obtained, indicating a tendency of dissimilar borrowing patterns (mutually exclusive relationships) among certain types of equipment. Meanwhile, the processing results using the FP-Growth algorithm demonstrated better performance. This algorithm successfully generated a total of 21 association rules, with the top ten rules having confidence values ranging from 70% to 72%.

This study aims to analyze visitor behavior patterns in selecting hiking trails at Mount as a basis for decision-making driven by Business Intelligence (BI). The primary issue addressed is the congestion of hikers on specific trails, which risks ecological degradation and diminishes the quality of the tourism experience. This research employs two main methods: Market Basket Analysis (Association Rules) to map hikers' equipment needs based on their chosen trails, and Spatial Zoning Analysis to manage visitor density distribution in real-time.The results indicate a strong association between the "Kawah Hidup" trail selection and the demand for masks, as well as night hiking trails with the rental of flashlights and heavy jackets. Based on these patterns, a service segmentation strategy was developed through four primary packages: "The Adventurer" (Jungle Trail), "The Express Sightseer" (Asphalt Trail), "Summit Explorer" (Gajah Peak & Dead Crater), and "Kawah Hidup Exclusive". Business Intelligence is implemented through digital information boards for zoning management and loyalty programs for local hikers to maintain the sustainability of jungle trails. The conclusion of this research confirms that optimizing logistics stock and digitalizing trail information enhances operational efficiency and supports the ecological sustainability of the Mount forest area.

This research aims to implement the Binary Search algorithm in the development of an Android mobile application for a dictionary of synonyms and antonyms to improve the efficiency of the data search process. The application development method used in this research is the Waterfall method, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The Binary Search algorithm is applied to the search process for words that have been sorted alphabetically, thus speeding up search times compared to linear search methods. This application was developed using the Java/Kotlin programming language and a local database to store the collection of words along with their synonyms and antonyms. Test results show that implementing the Binary Search algorithm significantly increases word search speed and provides accurate results.

PREDIKSI HARGA SAHAM BANK MANDIRI BERDASARKAN DATA BMRI HISTORICAL STOCK PRICE

Stock price movements exhibit dynamic and highly fluctuating characteristics, making accurate prediction challenging when using conventional approaches. Therefore, this study aims to develop and evaluate a stock price prediction model for PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk using a deep learning approach based on Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). The LSTM model is applied for time series forecasting by utilizing historical stock price data, with a primary focus on the closing price as the target variable. The historical stock price data of Bank Mandiri undergo preprocessing stages, including data cleaning and normalization using the Min–Max Scaling method, to align data scales and improve training stability and convergence. The proposed LSTM architecture consists of two LSTM layers with dropout mechanisms for regularization, followed by fully connected layers to generate stock price predictions. The model is trained using the Adam optimizer with Mean Squared Error (MSE) as the loss function. Model performance is evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) metric on the testing dataset. The experimental results show that the LSTM model achieves a MAPE value of 2.7572%, indicating a very high prediction accuracy. Furthermore, the future forecasting results suggest a relatively stable stock price movement with a gradual upward trend in the short term. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) method is effective for predicting Bank Mandiri’s stock prices and has strong potential as a data-driven decision support tool for investment analysis, although it should be complemented with fundamental analysis and external market factors

Population data clustering in Penembang Village using K-Means Clustering Algorithm-Means Clustering can help manage population data in Penembang Village, particularly in relation to social assistance. It can provide information on the results of population data grouping, which has been divided into two clusters, namely Cluster C1 (in dire need of assistance) and Cluster C2 (not in need of assistance). It can also help Penembang Village Office in determining the priority of residents who are in dire need of assistance so that social assistance programs are targeted appropriately. The desktop-based population data clustering application uses the Visual Basic.Net programming language with SQL Server database. Based on tests conducted using data from 12.5% of the total 241 households in 2024, namely 30 households, the results show that the group in dire need of assistance (Cluster C1) consists of 12 households with a percentage of 40%, and the group that does not need assistance (Cluster C2) consists of 18 households with a percentage of 60%. Based on testing of the program demo in Penembang Village Office, it is found that the population data grouping application is very easy to operate and very helpful in obtaining population data clustering information, thereby supporting the decision-making process in determining social assistance recipients in Penembang Village Office.

Analisis Hasil Imputasi Menggunakan Arsitektur Imputasi Autoencoder

Missing values in multivariate time series data are a critical issue in many domains, especially in healthcare datasets such as MIMIC-IV. This study aims to analyze the performance of imputation results using an Autoencoder-based architecture. Autoencoder is a deep learning model capable of learning data representations and reconstructing missing values through latent feature extraction. The research methodology includes data preprocessing, missing value simulation, model training, and evaluation using metrics such as MAE, RMSE, and R². The results show that Autoencoder-based imputation provides competitive performance in reconstructing missing values, particularly in nonlinear and complex patterns. However, the model's performance depends on the proportion of missing data and network architecture design. This study contributes to understanding the effectiveness of Autoencoder in multivariate time series imputation and provides a baseline for further development using hybrid models.
