Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi pengguna terhadap usability Shopee dengan metode SUS, serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna melalui UTAUT2. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). Penelitian ini melibatkan 190 responden dari mahasiswa Universitas Hasanuddin yang berasal dari 16 fakultas. Hasil. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan metode System Usability Scale menunjukkan skor 68,58, yang termasuk dalam kategori Marginal (High) dengan grade scale D dan berada dalam rentang GOOD. Analisis menggunakan model UTAUT2 menunjukkan bahwa variabel dengan pengaruh terbesar adalah Habit (87,47%), diikuti oleh Effort Expectancy (85,16%) dan Behavior Intention (82,74%). Sementara itu, variabel dengan pengaruh terendah adalah Social Influence (73,26%), diikuti oleh Facilitating Condition (78,32%) dan Price Value (79,05%). Kesimpulan. In its application, village meetings are considered less efficient and prone to conflicts of interest. This needs to be overcome with a system that can help the decision-making process quickly, accurately and fairly. The decision support system for direct cash assistance recipients of village funds uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The process involves determining criteria, giving weights, and normalizing data to produce a preference value that is the basis for decisions. This system is designed with PHP programming language and MySQL database. This research produces a system that is able to increase efficiency and accuracy in determining recipients of direct cash assistance for village funds, and reduce conflicts of interest. The main problem faced by the store is the absence of a structured customer satisfaction evaluation method, so that the assessment process becomes subjective and less accurate. This research aims to develop a decision support system (SPK) to assess customer service satisfaction at Toko New Khatulistiwa objectively and measurably. This research uses the Weighted Product (WP) method to perform calculations based on predetermined criteria, namely service quality, service speed, staff friendliness, place comfort, and price satisfaction. The results showed that the WP method can produce accurate alternative rankings and help stores identify aspects of service that need to be improved. The TOPSIS method focuses on selecting the alternative that is closest to the positive ideal solution and conversely, the furthest from the negative ideal solution. However, in its implementation, an appropriate decision-making method is needed to determine the priority of toddler vaccination based on various relevant criteria. This study implements the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method as a tool in multi-criteria decision-making related to polio vaccine administration. This method combines two approaches, namely the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) and the Weighted Product Model (WPM), to provide more accurate and flexible results. The criteria used in this study include the age of the toddler, health history, previous immunization status, and environmental factors. The results of the analysis show that the WASPAS method is able to provide objective vaccination priority recommendations and can be applied as a decision support system in the Puskesmas environment. Cryptography is both an art and a science that produces secret messages. One cryptographic method that can be utilized is RSA method. RSA is an asymmetric cryptographic method that operates in block mode and requires two different keys for the encryption and decryption processes. The advantage of this algorithm is that its difficulty lies in factoring non-prime numbers into their prime factors. Therefore, a computerized decision-making system is needed to assist and simplify the selection of the best reseller. To perform the calculation process using COPRAS method, the determination of alternatives (An) and criteria, as well as the weights of each criterion, will be conducted. The research aims to design and implement a web-based ordering system for Bouquetqu.ad—a creative business in Bengkulu City specializing in the sale of gift bouquets. The system was developed to address the limitations of the manual ordering system previously used, which had resulted in low efficiency and limited marketing reach. The system development method used is Waterfall Model, with stages including needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The programming language PHP and MySQL database were chosen as the primary platform due to their open-source nature, flexibility, and suitability for developing web applications at the SME scale. To address these issues, a web-based student grading information system was developed with the aim of improving efficiency, accuracy, and data security. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was built using PHP programming language, MySQL database, and supported by frontend technologies HTML and CSS. &nbsp;The result of this research is an information system capable of effectively managing student grading data, enabling homeroom teachers to enter and process grades, and providing students with access to view their grades independently through a web portal. Algoritma <em>Decission Tree</em> C4.5 dapat membantu melakukan klasifikasi data karena karakteristik data yang diklasifikasikan dapat diperoleh dengan jelas, baik dalam bentuk struktur pohon keputusan maupun dalam bentuk aturan atau <em>rule</em>.</p> <p>Implementasi sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySql dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tahap metode penelitian<em>.</em> Tahap metode penelitian mampu melakukan analisa kebutuhan yang digunakan untuk mengetahui dari kelemahan sistem yang lama, kemudian membuat desain dari rancangan tersebut dan dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan rancangan sistem baru</p> <p>Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menerangkan bahwasannya proses klasifikasi strategi promosi dengan algoritma C4.5 terlebih dahulu melalui proses training dan testing. Students and lecturers heavily rely on the wireless network to access digital resources, conduct online communication, and manage academic information. The current wireless network infrastructure at Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu consists of 37 Ruijie brand Access Points (APs) distributed across the campus buildings. All APs operate on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies and use IEEE 802.11ac/n standards to support high-bandwidth needs. These APs are utilized for academic learning activities, accessing academic resources, and administrative services for students, lecturers, and academic staff. The quality of the wireless network at Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu is considered excellent, with high download and upload speeds indicating the network's capability to handle bandwidth-intensive internet activities. A ping value below 20 ms demonstrates very low latency, allowing for fast and real-time data communication. KANO is one of the methods used to assess patient satisfaction with service quality and measure service quality by identifying patient preferences and categorizing service attributes. Thus, patient satisfaction is the level of feeling patients experience as a result of the healthcare services they receive after comparing them with their expectations. One of the main activities in supporting this task is laboratory testing. However, the process of managing laboratory data, which is still done manually, often causes various problems, such as delays in recording, data duplication, and difficulties in searching and reporting data. To overcome this, a computerized Animal Quarantine Laboratory Information System was developed. This system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database, and was designed to manage test sample data, test results, laboratory reports, and other digital archives in an efficient and structured manner. The system development method used was waterfall, starting from needs analysis to system implementation. The results of this system development show that the laboratory data management process has become faster, more accurate, and more accessible to relevant parties. This study was conducted at the Tebat Karai Health Center, Tebat Karai Sub-district, Kepahiang Regency. Given the large number of patients suffering from pneumonia, sometimes the Tebat Karai Health Center has difficulty in handling it. Therefore, an expert system using the Certainty Factor method was designed. With this expert system, it can provide ease of initial consultation if the doctor is not available, although later it will still be consulted directly with the doctor.
