This study implements a Mikrotik firewall using Filter Rules, Raw Rules, Mangle Rules, and DDoS limits using the Security Life Cycle (SLC) method.Test results show that Filter Rules are effective in blocking illegal access, Raw Rules are efficient in handling volumetric attacks because they work before connection tracking, and Mangle Rules are useful for traffic management. Voter turnout is an important indicator in assessing the success of elections. Seluma Regency shows variations in voter characteristics in each sub-district, in terms of number, gender, and age. This study aims to analyze voter participation trends by applying the K-Means Clustering algorithm to group regions based on similar voter characteristics. The data used includes the number of Permanent Voter Lists (DPT), age categories, and gender, obtained from the Seluma Regency General Election Commission (KPU) in 2024. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, with the Python programming language and the Flask framework. The clustering results show that of the 200 villages/subdistricts analyzed, 137 villages/subdistricts (68.5%) were included in the low cluster and 63 villages/subdistricts (31.5%) were in the high cluster. Although the number of villages/subdistricts in the low cluster is more dominant, the distribution of voters based on gender and age group is relatively balanced between the two clusters, with a slight tendency to be more concentrated in the high cluster. This information is expected to serve as a strategic basis for the KPU.in developing a more effective and targeted outreach program. This study applies the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to provide recommendations for the best employees in an objective, systematic, and data-driven manner. The method is used because it can process data based on relevant criteria and produce consistent rankings. The assessment process involves collecting data from 11 employees based on registration data for the year 2024, which is then processed using the MOORA method to obtain rankings from highest to lowest. The best employee recommendations are established for the top three rankings. Based on the calculations, the three best employees identified are Tiharman, SH, Sutomo, S.Sos, and Dahril Alpansi, SH. The Hill Cipher is used to encrypt text with 2×2 key matrix, while LSB inserts the encrypted message into the least significant bits of BMP image. The research method used is applied research with stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The test results show that the integration of these two methods maintains image quality with a low Mean Square Error (MSE) value (0.0001–2.9424) and high Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) (83.6554–103.4438 dB), indicating visually undetectable changes. The simulations prove the effectiveness of the system in securing data without significant image degradation. The conclusion of this study is that the combination of Hill Cipher and LSB steganography is effective in securing data without significantly compromising image quality. This study uses an action research method with a repetitive cycle. Data were collected through direct measurements of QoS parameters such as throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter at various access points in the department building. 2. Based on the data obtained, the average signal strength value (-65) with the category "fairly good", the average download speed value (13.48) with the category "fast/fairly good" and the average upload speed (9.27) with the category "moderate/good". Then the average value of QoS parameters after comparing the parameter index value with the TIPHON standard, the results of the study showed that the average value of the throughput index (3.6) is in the "very good" category, the average value of the packet loss index (3.3) is in the "good" category, the average value of the delay index (2.4) is in the "good" category, and the average value of the jitter index (3) is in the "good" category. After comparing the parameter index value with the TIPHON standard and performing normalization, the average value of the QoS index was (0.5625). The selection of outstanding students at SMK 02 Bengkulu City is only based on report card grades ranked 1 to 5. This selection process has many opportunities to make wrong decisions because the student selection process is only based on one aspect, namely the student's final grades, while the attitude and achievement scores obtained outside of school are not taken into consideration as additional criteria for determining students who are considered outstanding and receive scholarships. This means that there is a high probability that the selected outstanding students do not meet the desired standards and do not get the best candidates. The purpose of this study is to provide an alternative way for schools to determine outstanding students so that it is not only based on academic grades, and there is no cheating in the selection of outstanding students. This study aims to analyze the comparison between the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method and the PSI (Preference Selection Index) method in determining the best teachers at SD Negeri 14 Seluma based on teacher performance assessment data for the 2023/2024 academic year. The comparison was conducted through three main aspects, namely processing time, final assessment results, and accuracy levels measured using a confusion matrix. The results showed that the SMART method had a faster processing time than the PSI method. However, both methods produced the same final results in determining the best teachers, with identical rankings. In terms of accuracy, both the SMART and PSI methods showed the same accuracy level of 80%. This research aims to design and build a hybrid mobile-based thesis title submission application using the Ionic framework to simplify and expedite the process. The thesis title submission process in higher education is often still done manually, which is time-consuming, prone to administrative errors, and makes it difficult for students to monitor the application status. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This application provides features for students to submit titles, view application status, and receive approval or rejection notifications from their supervisors. The supervisors can also accept, reject, or provide comments on the application. Test results indicate that the application runs well on the Android platform and is considered responsive and user-friendly by users. The CBR method is used to reason about new cases by comparing them to past cases stored in the knowledge base, while the Symmetric Similarity Method is used to calculate the degree of similarity between those cases. The research was conducted at Soeprapto Psychiatric Hospital (RSJ Soeprapto) in Bengkulu and developed the diagnostic expert system using Laravel and MySQL. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with MySQL database support for data storage, and employs the Multiple Linear Regression method as an analytical tool to estimate future drug inventory needs. Test results showed the method was effective in predicting drug inventory levels. In the January 2025 test, the prediction for Amoxicillin 500mg Tablets yielded 32 results compared to the actual data of 40, with an accuracy rate of 80% (Good category). Meanwhile, the prediction for Paracetamol Tablets yielded 22 results from the actual data of 27, with an accuracy rate of 81.48% (Good category). However, the subjective and unstructured appraisal process often leads to unfairness and inaccuracy in decision making. To overcome this problem, this study implements the Exponential Weighted Average (EWA) method in a Decision Support System (DSS) to provide a more objective, systematic, and measurable performance evaluation. EWA is used to compare various performance criteria exponentially, resulting in more accurate assessment weights based on their level of importance. The criteria used include discipline, responsibility, teamwork, initiative, and leadership. With the aim of assisting the government of Bengkulu City in assessing the performance of Satpol PP, it can be concluded that this will simplify the data input process and the presentation of evaluation results. The results of the implementation show that the system built is capable of providing consistent performance assessment recommendations that are acceptable to Satpol PP management. Namun, pada banyak fasilitas terapi, pencatatan masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga rawan kesalahan, sulit ditelusuri, dan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem rekam medis dan monitoring perkembangan anak yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung alur layanan terapi wicara. Metode pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui pendekatan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem yang dirancang mencakup fitur pengelolaan data pasien, pencatatan hasil asesmen, jadwal terapi, catatan sesi terapi, serta grafik perkembangan anak. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu membantu terapis dalam mendokumentasikan data secara lebih akurat dan memudahkan pemantauan progres terapi dari waktu ke waktu. Penelitian saat ini akan fokus pada pengembangan prototipe aplikasi pariwisata mobile yang dibangun di atas MIT App Inventor sebagai model awal untuk digitalisasi destinasi wisata regional. Pendekatan penelitian mengikuti metodologi tipe Research and Development (R&amp;D) yang mencakup pembangunan model pengembangan prototipe yang didasarkan pada kombinasi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan terapan, validasi ahli media, dan pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Validasi dilakukan oleh dua kelompok ahli media dengan alat skala Likert. Tingkat kelayakan dalam hasil penelitian adalah 81,2% dengan kategori sangat layak. These transaction data contain valuable information in the form of customer purchasing patterns that can be analyzed using association rule mining techniques. This study aims to integrate the Apriori and FP-Growth methods into a Business Intelligence System to optimize sales strategies in a grocery store.Sales transaction data were processed using the WEKA application by applying two association rule mining methods, namely Apriori and FP-Growth. The Apriori method was implemented with a minimum confidence value of 90%, while the FP-Growth method used a minimum confidence value of 55%. The results show that the Apriori method produces association rules with a higher level of confidence, particularly for combinations of staple products such as rice, cooking oil, sugar, and instant noodles. Meanwhile, the FP-Growth method generates a wider variety of association rules with lower confidence values but offers superior computational efficiency in terms of processing time.A comparative analysis indicates that the Apriori method is more effective in producing highly reliable association rules for specific strategic recommendations, whereas the FP-Growth method is more suitable for exploring overall purchasing patterns with lower computational complexity. The integration of both methods into a Business Intelligence System provides strategic recommendations related to inventory management, product placement, and promotion planning based on customer purchasing behavior. AlienVault is implemented as a standalone operating system running on a virtual machine using VMware and is utilized to perform centralized network monitoring, threat detection, and security management. System testing is conducted using the black box method by simulating attacks such as port scanning and ping flooding. The test results show that AlienVault is capable of detecting network activities, identifying connected devices, and providing alerts for suspicious activities. The urgency of this research is reinforced by the relatively low level of adoption of data-driven analytical systems among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, including the outdoor equipment rental sector. In the modern business environment, decision-making can no longer rely solely on intuition but must be supported by data and predictive analysis to improve efficiency and competitiveness. Therefore, the development of a Smart Inventory Management system based on Business Intelligence, implementing the Apriori and FP-Growth algorithms at SAVANA Outdoor Store, is expected to provide automatic recommendations for inventory requirements based on real and representative historical transaction patterns. Based on the results of processing outdoor equipment rental data using the Apriori algorithm with a confidence value of 68%, several association rules were obtained, indicating a tendency of dissimilar borrowing patterns (mutually exclusive relationships) among certain types of equipment. Meanwhile, the processing results using the FP-Growth algorithm demonstrated better performance. The primary issue addressed is the congestion of hikers on specific trails, which risks ecological degradation and diminishes the quality of the tourism experience. This research employs two main methods: Market Basket Analysis (Association Rules) to map hikers' equipment needs based on their chosen trails, and Spatial Zoning Analysis to manage visitor density distribution in real-time.The results indicate a strong association between the "Kawah Hidup" trail selection and the demand for masks, as well as night hiking trails with the rental of flashlights and heavy jackets. Based on these patterns, a service segmentation strategy was developed through four primary packages: "The Adventurer" (Jungle Trail), "The Express Sightseer" (Asphalt Trail), "Summit Explorer" (Gajah Peak &amp; Dead Crater), and "Kawah Hidup Exclusive". Therefore, this study aims to develop and evaluate a stock price prediction model for PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk using a deep learning approach based on Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). The LSTM model is applied for time series forecasting by utilizing historical stock price data, with a primary focus on the closing price as the target variable. The historical stock price data of Bank Mandiri undergo preprocessing stages, including data cleaning and normalization using the Min–Max Scaling method, to align data scales and improve training stability and convergence. The proposed LSTM architecture consists of two LSTM layers with dropout mechanisms for regularization, followed by fully connected layers to generate stock price predictions. The model is trained using the Adam optimizer with Mean Squared Error (MSE) as the loss function. Model performance is evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) metric on the testing dataset. The experimental results show that the LSTM model achieves a MAPE value of 2.7572%, indicating a very high prediction accuracy. Furthermore, the future forecasting results suggest a relatively stable stock price movement with a gradual upward trend in the short term. It can also help Penembang Village Office in determining the priority of residents who are in dire need of assistance so that social assistance programs are targeted appropriately. The desktop-based population data clustering application uses the Visual Basic.Net programming language with SQL Server database. This study aims to analyze the performance of imputation results using an Autoencoder-based architecture. Autoencoder is a deep learning model capable of learning data representations and reconstructing missing values through latent feature extraction. The research methodology includes data preprocessing, missing value simulation, model training, and evaluation using metrics such as MAE, RMSE, and R². The results show that Autoencoder-based imputation provides competitive performance in reconstructing missing values, particularly in nonlinear and complex patterns. However, the model's performance depends on the proportion of missing data and network architecture design.
