Yunus, Bengkulu City does not yet have a computer system or computer application that can be used, and also in this hospital patients still have to come to the hospital to consult a doctor or nurse directly, so when there is no specialist doctor or nurse the patient is very difficult To consult, it is less effective to consult directly with a doctor or nurse, so an application is needed to help patients deal with cervical cancer, because with this application, it also helps patients to know what their disease is and what the solution is. Based on the results of the discussion and testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that this expert system for diagnosing cervical cancer can help with early diagnosis of cervical cancer by including the symptoms experienced by the patient using the Forward Chaining Method approach. Based on patient testing which was carried out by selecting symptom codes G1, G2, G3 and G4, the diagnosis results were obtained using forward chaining, namely cervicitis with a percentage of 100%, cervical cancer with a percentage of 37.5% and portio erosion with a percentage of 25%. Based on the test results The black box that has been carried out, the functionality of the expert system for diagnosing cervical cancer using the Forward Chaining Method can now be implemented and can provide information on consultation results and determine an early diagnosis of cervical cancer.

ABSTRAK

The hospital is a comprehensive form of health service organization, as well as a public health referral center. Hospitals are required to provide health services that meet optimal service standards. Hospitals as agents of change are expected to provide excellent service to patients. To resolve the large number of public complaints regarding satisfaction with Assyifa Hospital, Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency, it is necessary to build a decision support system in improving services, so a Composite Performance Index method is needed, which is to find the most appropriate priority choices for community satisfaction using weighting. The Composite Performance Index method is used to solve various problems such as complaints, decision making, evaluation, and so on. There are four criteria in assessing hospital services, namely service procedures, information delivery, fairness of medical treatment, and comfort.

So in this study, it will develop a solution in the form of a student attendance application system that uses QR code technology. The app aims to make attendance management easier by curriculum staff, allow teachers to record student attendance more efficiently, and allow parents to monitor their children's attendance. The main purpose of this application is to record the attendance of students, whether present, sick, or late, as well as generate daily attendance reports as a student guidance tool. The results of the development of this application provide significant benefits, such as assisting teachers and school staff in managing student attendance, reducing suspicion of students, producing useful attendance reports, as well as simplifying the student attendance process and becoming a relevant solution to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of the attendance process at SMAN 05 Seluma, so that it has the potential to improve the quality of education at the school. QoS (Quality of Service) is the ability to provide the performance of a computer network in providing services to applications on the computer network so as to determine the level of satisfaction of users who use the network.This research is quantitative research which refers to research methods according to Polit D.F and Hungler B.P. The research was carried out by monitoring the WLAN network on access points designated as samples in each department in the Bengkulu Mayor's Office using WireShark software. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, literature study and monitoring. From the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded that the quality of WLAN network service at the Bengkulu Mayor's Office is included in the Adequate category according to TIPHON.

In a school, the ranking of outstanding students is usually only chosen based on their final grades, and this is also the case at SMK 03 Bengkulu City. The selection of outstanding students at SMK 03 Bengkulu City is only based on report card scores which are ranked 1 to 5. In the selection process, there are many opportunities for making wrong decisions because the student selection process is only based on one aspect, namely the student's final grade, while the attitude and achievement scores obtained outside of school are not taken into consideration as additional criteria for determining students who are considered to be successful and get scholarship. This means that it is very likely that the selected outstanding students do not reach the desired standards which does not get the best candidates. The purpose of this research is as an alternative way for schools to determine outstanding students so that it is not only based on academic scores, and there is no cheating in selecting outstanding students. The method used in this research is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results of this research show that SAW method can provide the best results from the criteria and weights that have been determined. From the results of calculations using the SAW method, a student named Ceci Dinda Trangilang obtained a preference value of 0.96

For this reason, it is hoped that an agency or company will implement and monitor the service quality on VSAT network system so that the data flow or data traffic within the network is at the quality of service level. Analyze network feasibility or quality of service to determine the value of several segments such as jitter, packet loss, delay, throughput using Wireshark software. The result shows that it has succeeded in analyzing network feasibility on VSAT network media using Wireshark software. In implementing Wireshark software to network feasibility testing, it can be concluded that VSAT network is very suitable to be implemented at SD 65. Then, the results of this network feasibility measurement will also be useful to help the maintenance or repair process easier, because it will provide useful data for technicians to diagnose conditions on VSAT.

Palm oil is one of the largest export commodities in Indonesia. Accuracy in determining the level of maturity of oil palm fruit determines the quality of this plant's harvest. This research uses digital image processing to identify the maturity level of oil palm fruit based on RGB (Red, Green, Blue) and HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) colors. Images in the form of photos of oil palm fruit taken with a digital camera were processed with MATLAB software and then analyzed using the Self Organizing Map (SOM) method to obtain a comparison of the RGB and HSV feature extraction results. The results of the research succeeded in distinguishing the level of maturity, namely very ripe, ripe, almost ripe and unripe, the color of the oil palm fruit was red, black orange, yellow and black. The accuracy of the results using the performance evaluation matrix method of the SOM method, namely Quantization Error, Silhouette Score and Topographic Error. Quantization Error RGB (0.004737) is lower than HSV (0.073178) which shows RGB's ability is good in representing data in SOM, Silhouette Score HSV (0.704204) is higher than RGB (0.599846) indicating HSV's ability is slightly better in grouping objects and both have no problems on Topographic Error mapping (0.000000). In the RGB image similarity approach, it is better than HSV.

Traffic lights are lights that are used to regulate the smooth flow of traffic at a road intersection. The traffic light system in the city of Bengkulu currently still uses a time system that is already installed in the system and does not have a feature for setting the switching time. This system means that operators cannot change the flashing time of traffic lights to suit road conditions and vehicle density at each intersection. In this research, an IoT-based traffic light control system is developed so that it can be controlled centrally using Arduino Mega, Arduino Uno, ENC28J60 as a traffic light machine and using a web-based application as a centralized control system. The research method used is the prototype method, where by using this method there are several processes that must be carried out, including analysis, planning, building a prototype, evaluating initial use, improving the prototype, and implementing and maintaining. The results of this research are that traffic lights can be controlled centrally using a web-based application, where the response time from the Arduino Mega only takes a matter of seconds. From tests carried out on one of the buttons, a response time of 1010.4 ms (milliseconds). Apart from that, the system being built can also display status messages when selecting the status button on the web page based on the selected intersection, then the web application will display information on the intersection status, intersection mode and intersection location.

This method uses parameters in the form of transportation origin (retailer), and transportation destination (farmers), followed by the process of calculating the amount of fertilizer allocation which has been divided according to the planting period, namely 3 per farmer group which gives results in the form of recommendations for distribution transportation costs. Online data entry systems have largely replaced manual file submission in modern data transmission. Data is often very large. Therefore, a method is needed to reduce the size of the data. File compression, or compression in general, is the name of this method. Compressing files involves transforming multiple document files into a standard encoding format to reduce storage space requirements or increase upload speed. The results of this research inform the use of the Additive Code technique application for file compression, which makes it easier to upload document files automatically and is useful for users. Therefore, the author conducted research with the aim of developing a web-based application. This system can make it easier to upload document files so that it can reduce processing time. Using this method in online applications is useful for creating large document files that can be compressed into smaller ones by following the compression procedure. Data compression test results were obtained by running 10 samples of each document and PDF data file at a speed of less than 3 seconds, with accuracy ranging from 27% to 67% for each sample. We successfully tested ten Word documents and ten PDFs that were uploaded and compressed.

Nutrition plays a crucial role in maintaining health and well-being throughout the life cycle, especially in toddlers. Malnutrition can affect the physical growth, intelligence, and productivity of children. Factors such as economic conditions, parental attention, and unsupportive environments can contribute to cases of malnutrition in toddlers. Suboptimal monitoring of toddler development can increase the prevalence of malnutrition cases. This research aims to develop a Fuzzy Logic-based Decision Support System (DSS) application to detect malnutrition in toddlers, with a focus on the Semidang Alas Community Health Center in Seluma Regency. This study discusses variables for assessing malnutrition in toddlers, applies the Fuzzy Logic method to detect these conditions, and designs an application to diagnose malnutrition in toddlers. The research also includes community education on weight changes in malnourished toddlers and general nutritional status, providing input to improve services for malnourished toddlers. Assessment criteria involve the child's weight, height, and age, using Fuzzy Logic and DSS Application for data processing. Information handling related to malnutrition is limited to visible symptoms. Software development focuses on recognizing malnutrition diagnoses in children aged 0-5 years. A case study was conducted at the Semidang Alas Community Health Center using direct observation, nurse/midwife interviews, questionnaires, and literature reviews. System needs analysis used the Fuzzy Sugeno method. The malnutrition detection application was successfully built using Fuzzy Logic, providing detection results based on age, weight, and height. The defuzzification process produced detection values as a reference for further treatment. Application development involved both display and data aspects, with testing conducted with relevant parties to ensure the accuracy of detection results. User criticisms and suggestions provided valuable input for the improvement and development of this application.

One of the mandatory requirements for working in Japan is to have fluent Japanese language skills. To address this issue, a solution is needed that allows flexible Japanese language learning accessible anytime and anywhere, one of which is by creating an application that can be downloaded and installed on their smartphones. To enhance user convenience, the application is equipped with a word search function, facilitating the process of finding desired words. This study aims to determine the extent to which the KNN algorithm is able to classify pineapple fruit based on color features with high accuracy and determine the best k value in the KNN algorithm to achieve optimal accuracy in the classification of pineapple maturity levels. In the process of classifying pineapple fruit manually by using the human eye is a very difficult thing to do. This is evidenced by the inconsistency and subjective nature that causes a low level of accuracy. Therefore, to increase the level of accuracy and reduce the subjectivity of the human eye, this research proposes an algorithm that can be used to classify the maturity level of pineapple fruit, namely with K-Nearest Neighbor based on the color of the skin on the fruit. The k value used in this research is 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 to test the Euclidean distance search on images with a size of 300x300 pixels. The research conducted proves that with Euclidean distance k = 5 and k = 9 has a percentage value of 73%. Based on the level of accuracy, color features k = 5 and k = 9 show the best k value on the classification of pineapple ripeness level.

From the results of the study, several conclusions can be drawn, namely, the Intravenous Monitoring System is able to monitor the condition of the infusion using the Telegram application, by testing using 3 infusion bags with 500ml liquid each the device can measure infusion capacity data well, from the tests carried out obtained Telegram notification delay with an average of 5 seconds, but this can be influenced by internet network conditions, From the tests that have been done, the author concluded that the accuracy rate in this study was 98%.

Additionally, in delivering teaching materials, it is still not optimal and still relies on the lecture method. As a result, students tend to have difficulty receiving the material presented and talk to each other while the teacher is explaining, because the teacher has not utilized the available technology to the fullest, including the blackboard. Consequently, the learning becomes less effective. The research design for informatics learning media using Smart Apps Creator at SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi used the Research and Development (R&D) method. The need for learning media to increase the motivation of students is essential to make them more interested in understanding the material presented. Based on the interview results with a Mathematics teacher at MAs M.Nadis Bukittinggi, it was found that current mathematics learning still uses basic media to support learning. However, during the learning process, students tend to feel bored when receiving the material taught, resulting in less than optimal delivery of the material by the teacher. Therefore, the author was interested in designing learning media that could help students understand the material more easily. The purpose of this research is to produce a web-based Mathematics learning media using HTML and CSS for the tenth grade at MAs M.Nadis Bukittinggi. The researcher utilized the Research and Development (R&D) approach. They applied the Hannafin and Peck development model, which consists of three stages: needs analysis, design, and development as well as implementation of learning. In this study, the product was tested through validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that this web-based Mathematics learning media has been successfully designed and can be used to support mathematics learning. The product testing results conducted by the author showed that the validity test involving 3 experts produced a score of 0.82, which can be classified as a very valid category. The practicality test involving 2 practitioners produced a score of 0.84, which falls into the very high category. Meanwhile, the effectiveness test conducted with the participation of 11 evaluators produced a score of 0.89, which can be classified into the very effective category.

The expert system application is created to produce data that is entered into the application consisting of symptom data, disease data, solution data, solution data, rule data, as well as diagnosis (consulation) data by farmers. The output from the application created produces diagnostic results for tomato plant diseases based on the symptoms entered and solutions to the diagnoses that have been made. The results of the research are that the expert system application created can be operated well with a knowledge base using the forward chaining method and rules as a knowledge base that are in accordance with the objectives

Most visitors who come to Bengkulu City for the first time find it difficult to find the location of a place of worship. Most immigrants use Android-based cellphones in their daily lives. So researchers took the initiative to create an application to search for places of worship by utilizing the location based service (LBS) system. LBS is a system for finding the coordinates of a device's location. Therefore, by using the location based service method to create an Android-based application for finding the location of places of worship and finding out information on the state of places of worship in Bengkulu City. Shrimp is one of the high-value fishery commodities. Apart from being used to meet domestic needs, shrimp are also produced for export purposes. As a leading commodity in the fisheries sector, market dynamics are often unstable, so fluctuations in prices cannot be avoided, including the shrimp ponds in Linau Village, Kaur Regency.The current problem is that the process of determining the selling price in the shrimp ponds of Linau Village, Kaur Regency is still done manually which has the potential to trigger errors in determining the selling price which can be detrimental to the company. Fuzzy logic is a control system methodology for solving problems in systems, ranging from simple systems to complex or complex systems. In the Tsukamoto method, each rule is represented by a fuzzy set with a monotonous membership function called fuzzification. As a result, the output of each rule is in the form of a crisp value based on the α-predicate or the minimum value of each rule and the z value. The final result is obtained by performing a weighted average defuzzification. research has succeeded in making a shrimp pricing system by applying the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method in the analysis and calculation process.
