Based on the results of the discussion and testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that this expert system for diagnosing cervical cancer can help with early diagnosis of cervical cancer by including the symptoms experienced by the patient using the Forward Chaining Method approach. Based on patient testing which was carried out by selecting symptom codes G1, G2, G3 and G4, the diagnosis results were obtained using forward chaining, namely cervicitis with a percentage of 100%, cervical cancer with a percentage of 37.5% and portio erosion with a percentage of 25%. In the selection process, there are many opportunities for making wrong decisions because the student selection process is only based on one aspect, namely the student's final grade, while the attitude and achievement scores obtained outside of school are not taken into consideration as additional criteria for determining students who are considered to be successful and get scholarship. This means that it is very likely that the selected outstanding students do not reach the desired standards which does not get the best candidates. The purpose of this research is as an alternative way for schools to determine outstanding students so that it is not only based on academic scores, and there is no cheating in selecting outstanding students. The method used in this research is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results of this research show that SAW method can provide the best results from the criteria and weights that have been determined. Accuracy in determining the level of maturity of oil palm fruit determines the quality of this plant's harvest. This research uses digital image processing to identify the maturity level of oil palm fruit based on RGB (Red, Green, Blue) and HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) colors. Images in the form of photos of oil palm fruit taken with a digital camera were processed with MATLAB software and then analyzed using the Self Organizing Map (SOM) method to obtain a comparison of the RGB and HSV feature extraction results. The results of the research succeeded in distinguishing the level of maturity, namely very ripe, ripe, almost ripe and unripe, the color of the oil palm fruit was red, black orange, yellow and black. The accuracy of the results using the performance evaluation matrix method of the SOM method, namely Quantization Error, Silhouette Score and Topographic Error. Quantization Error RGB (0.004737) is lower than HSV (0.073178) which shows RGB's ability is good in representing data in SOM, Silhouette Score HSV (0.704204) is higher than RGB (0.599846) indicating HSV's ability is slightly better in grouping objects and both have no problems on Topographic Error mapping (0.000000). The traffic light system in the city of Bengkulu currently still uses a time system that is already installed in the system and does not have a feature for setting the switching time. This system means that operators cannot change the flashing time of traffic lights to suit road conditions and vehicle density at each intersection. In this research, an IoT-based traffic light control system is developed so that it can be controlled centrally using Arduino Mega, Arduino Uno, ENC28J60 as a traffic light machine and using a web-based application as a centralized control system. The research method used is the prototype method, where by using this method there are several processes that must be carried out, including analysis, planning, building a prototype, evaluating initial use, improving the prototype, and implementing and maintaining. The results of this research are that traffic lights can be controlled centrally using a web-based application, where the response time from the Arduino Mega only takes a matter of seconds. From tests carried out on one of the buttons, a response time of 1010.4 ms (milliseconds). Therefore, the author conducted research with the aim of developing a web-based application. This system can make it easier to upload document files so that it can reduce processing time. Using this method in online applications is useful for creating large document files that can be compressed into smaller ones by following the compression procedure. This study discusses variables for assessing malnutrition in toddlers, applies the Fuzzy Logic method to detect these conditions, and designs an application to diagnose malnutrition in toddlers. The research also includes community education on weight changes in malnourished toddlers and general nutritional status, providing input to improve services for malnourished toddlers. Assessment criteria involve the child's weight, height, and age, using Fuzzy Logic and DSS Application for data processing. Information handling related to malnutrition is limited to visible symptoms. Software development focuses on recognizing malnutrition diagnoses in children aged 0-5 years. This is evidenced by the inconsistency and subjective nature that causes a low level of accuracy. Therefore, to increase the level of accuracy and reduce the subjectivity of the human eye, this research proposes an algorithm that can be used to classify the maturity level of pineapple fruit, namely with K-Nearest Neighbor based on the color of the skin on the fruit. The purpose of this study is to control the infusion system with the application of technology to support health facilities by building an automatic and portable intravenous fluid monitoring system using Telegram. This tool can also send notifications through buzzer alerts and Telegram Bot notifications so that it can be applied to information on services, treatment and registration systems at hospitals online. The researcher utilized the Research and Development (R&amp;D) approach. They applied the Hannafin and Peck development model, which consists of three stages: needs analysis, design, and development as well as implementation of learning. In this study, the product was tested through validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that this web-based Mathematics learning media has been successfully designed and can be used to support mathematics learning. The product testing results conducted by the author showed that the validity test involving 3 experts produced a score of 0.82, which can be classified as a very valid category. The practicality test involving 2 practitioners produced a score of 0.84, which falls into the very high category.
