A Decision Support System is a computer-based information system that takes an approach to generating various decision alternatives to help certain parties in dealing with problems using data and models. The proposed method is Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is a method that is able to create a sequence of alternative decisions and select the best alternative in a decision support system to increase effectiveness in paying building taxes. AHP allows judgment and decision making based on uncertain and insignificant data. By using the AHP method, hopefully it can help make decisions easier in increasing the effectiveness of land and building tax payments at the Seluma Regency Revenue Agency Service. The decision support system application to increase effectiveness in paying land and building taxes in the regional revenue agency of Seluma district was successfully built using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The Apriori method is one form of association rule in the field of data mining. Interest in learning tends to produce high achievement, on the other hand, lack of interest in learning will result in low achievement and there are differences in interest in each subject. The implementation of K-Means Clustering Method in knowing students’ interest in mathematics subjects at Junior High School 19 Bengkulu City can make it easier for teachers to find out students’ interest and can be used as material for teacher evaluation in teaching and learning process in order to create high interest in subjects, especially mathematics. Based on the sample data used in class VIII.E on mathematics subject with 10 students in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year. The results of grouping students who fall into cluster C1 (very interested) are 4 students, while students who fall into cluster C2 (less interested) are 6 students. The waterfall method is able to analyze the needs used to find out from weaknesses of the old system, then make a design and continue with the design of the new system. The conclusion from the results of this study explains that the process of classifying consumer eligibility with the Naïve Bayes method first goes through the training process. Hasil pengujian alat mengunakan mikrokontroler sebagai kontrol, sensor kelembaban tanah sebagai input dan lcd dan relay sebagai output. Hasil penelitian dari pagi sampai sore tanggal 25 juni 2024 pada tanah tanaman menunjukkan Tingkat kelembaban tanah pada layar lcd, ketika kelembaban tanah 250% dikatakan tanah kering.
