Implementasi Freeradius Berbasis Web Untuk Otomatisasi Manajemen Layanan Internet: Autentikasi, Pembatasan Masa Aktif Dan Isolasi Pelanggan ISP
Abstract
Sistem manajemen layanan internet yang efisien sangat penting bagi penyedia layanan internet (ISP), khususnya dalam aspek autentikasi pengguna, pengelolaan masa aktif layanan, dan isolasi pelanggan yang tidak aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem FreeRADIUS berbasis web guna mengotomatisasi proses-proses tersebut. FreeRADIUS dipilih karena bersifat open source dan memiliki fleksibilitas tinggi untuk diintegrasikan dengan sistem manajemen pengguna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (mixed method), dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi sistem eksisting dan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pengujian teknis terhadap autentikasi, pembatasan masa aktif, serta mekanisme isolasi pelanggan. Implementasi dilakukan di lingkungan PT Indomedia Solusi Net sebagai studi kasus. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem FreeRADIUS berbasis web mampu melakukan autentikasi pengguna secara otomatis, menghentikan akses saat masa aktif berakhir, serta mengarahkan pengguna yang terisolasi ke halaman informasi. Sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan bagi administrator dalam memantau dan mengelola pengguna melalui antarmuka web.
