Perancangan Pengembangan Sistem Management Arsip Digital di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kabupaten Purwakarta
Abstract
Abstract— Archiving activities are an important role to support administrative processes or other activities required by the company, this archive can be done manually or using sophisticated equipment such as computers. Archiving is intended so that the data or information needed for services can be found quickly and correctly. However, what happened to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Purwakarta, document filing in the financial sector is still done manually and by making a list in excel, so that when you need data or information you still have difficulty getting it. Therefore the solution offered is the procurement of an archive Management Information System which is expected to help and facilitate BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, especially in the financial sector, in the process of storing, searching, and documents that are not easily lost. This research will discuss how to design a digital archive information system, using research methods namely literature studies, design sprints, the techniques used are Industrial Practices and Observations. The final result of this research is in the form of a user interface design for a digital records management information system.

Intisari— Kegiatan pengarsipan merupakan sebuah peran penting untuk mendukung proses administrasi atau kegiatan lain yang dibutuhkan perusahaan, arsip ini dapat dilakukan secara manual atau menggunakan peralatan canggih seperti komputer. Pengarsipan bertujuan agar data atau informasi yang diperlukan untuk pelayanan dapat ditemukan dengan cepat dan benar. Namun yang terjadi pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Purwakarta, pengarsipan dokumen di bidang keuangan masih dilakukan dengan cara manual dan dengan membuat daftar di excel, sehingga ketika memerlukan data atau informasi tersebut masih memiliki kendala dalam mendapatkannya. Maka dari itu solusi yang ditawarkan yakni perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen arsip yang diharapkan dapat membantu dan memudahkan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan khususnya di bidang keuangan dalam proses penyimpanan, pencarian, dan dokumen yang tak mudah hilang. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas bagaimana merancang sistem informasi arsip digital, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu design sprint, teknik yang digunakan adalah Praktik Industri dan Observasi. Hasil akhir penelitian ini yaitu berupa rancangan desain user interface pada sistem informasi management arsip digital.
