Abstract

Abstract—Hotels that offer several services, such as rooms, villas, karaoke, and a restaurant, need an online medium that presents information and promotions in one place and that the hotel staff can manage independently. This study aims to design and build an information and promotion website for Harmony In Hotel in Kubu Raya, West Kalimantan, with bookings directed to WhatsApp. Development followed the Waterfall model: requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The system was modeled with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and built with Laravel, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and MySQL, and hosted on IDCloudHost. It provides public pages for rooms, villas, promotions, karaoke, the restaurant, facilities, and a gallery, and an admin panel for content management. Black-box testing of 14 scenarios showed that 14 passed. The website meets the functional requirements defined during the analysis stage. This study did not test the website’s effect on bookings or guest satisfaction.
