PENERAPAN METODE WEIGHTED OVERLAY UNTUK PEMETAAN POTENSI PENDIDIKAN SMK DI KOTA BENGKULU

Hasil pendidikan vokasi memiliki peran strategis dalam mempersiapkan tenaga kerja terampil dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Namun, di Kota Bengkulu, distribusi dan kualitas Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMP) masih belum merata, yang berdampak pada kesenjangan akses pendidikan dan ketidaksetaraan sumber daya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Weighted Overlay dalam Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk memetakan potensi pendidikan SMA kejuruan di Kota Bengkulu secara lebih sistematis dan akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis spasial berbasis Weighted Overlay. Data yang digunakan meliputi aspek jumlah siswa, kualitas fasilitas, ketersediaan tenaga pengajar, dan aksesibilitas sekolah. Data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SIG untuk menghasilkan peta tematik yang menggambarkan tingkat potensi pendidikan SMA kejuruan di berbagai wilayah Kota Bengkulu.
