Analysis And Planning Of Enterprise Architecture In Developing An Application Ecosystem Using The Zachman Framework At PT Nusantara Sukses Teknologi
Abstract
The development of integrated systems plays an important role in enhancing business opportunities, optimizing operational processes, and maximizing information delivery to users. System integration is necessary to connect applications operating in different environments to support effective and structured service management. This study aims to design a blueprint for developing the Nusatek application ecosystem by implementing the Zachman Framework as an information system architecture approach. The Nusatek ecosystem includes applications for daily service needs and certification services operating in different system environments. The Zachman Framework is applied to map requirements, components, processes, and relationships between systems as a foundation for application integration planning. The design is visualized through a mini prototype illustrating the conceptual connectivity between applications within an integrated ecosystem. This proposed architecture is expected to guide systematic development, improve service management efficiency, strengthen information delivery, and support sustainable business opportunities through information technology solutions aligned with organizational needs and future development priorities.
