https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/jiph/article/view/6694

WHO data shows that around 13 million people were infected from drinking water refills infected with E-Coli bacteria. The data in Indonesia shows that 19.7% of drinking water depots do not meet the requirements contain E-Coli. In Bengkulu Province, there were 48 depots that did not meet the requirements containing E-Coli. In Muko-Muko Regency, E-Coli bacteria were found in 24 depots. The aim of the research is to know the relationship between the equipment and monitoring of refill drinking water depot processing and the existence of E-coli in Mukomuko Regency. This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional study design. The number of samples in the research were 64 respondents. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The results showed that a small portion of the depot identified as E-Coli was 6.2%, a small portion of the depot that was not supervised was 6.2%, a small portion of the depot equipment did not meet the requirements of 9.4%. There is a significant relationship between depot equipment and the presence of E-Coli (p = 0.002), there is no significant relationship between the supervision of refill drinking water depot processing and the presence of E-Coli in Muko-Muko Regency (p = 0.233). It is hoped that the further research will be able to look at other risk factors using multivariate analysis.
Donal JayaWulandari WulandariDarmawansyah Darmawansyah

https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/jiph/article/view/7110

Inappropriate provision of early complementary feeding not only disrupts the nutritional intake that babies should receive, but also disrupts the baby's digestion because the digestive system is not yet able to digest or break down the food. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0-6 months in the Working Area of the Findingsari Village Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency is still low. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors for providing early complementary feeding in infants aged 0-6 months in the Working Area of the Findingsari Village Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency. The design of this study is descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was all mothers who had babies aged (0-6) months who were in the working area of the Findingsari Village Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency, totaling 63 people. This study used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the univariate analysis of this study showed that from 63 respondents, almost all (49.2%) had a supportive attitude, more than half (54.0%) were working, almost all (44.4%) whose husbands supported and more than half (61.9%) who provided Early MP ASI. The results of the bivariate analysis obtained attitudes with a value of p = 0.001 ≤ α = 0.05, mother's job with a value of p = 0.005 ≤ α = 0.05 and husband's support with a value of p = 0.007 ≤ α = 0.05. Results research This show variable attitude most big relate with provision of early complementary feeding for babies aged 0-6 months at the Findingsari Village Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency. It is hoped that the health center will increase the dissemination of information through counseling to society through role cadres to increase knowledge about the importance of providing exclusive breastfeeding.
Anggi Nur BayantiTuti RohaniDesi Aulia Umami

2025-01-092025-01-0931152010.37676/jiph.v3i1.7110The Relationship Between Knowledge About Antenatal Care And The Regularity Of Anc Visits At Pmb Dutha Muara Kelingi Sub-District Year 2024
https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/jiph/article/view/7111

Based on the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2020), it is stated that, ‘Services that must be provided during pregnancy include ANC at least 6 visits, which are detailed twice in Trimester I, once in Trimester II, and 3 times in Trimester III. At least 2 examinations are carried out by a doctor during the 1st visit in Trimester I and during the 5th visit in Trimester 3. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge about antenatal care and regularity of pregnancy examination visits at PMB Dutha Muara Kelingi District. The method used is analytical research design with a Cross Sectional approach, data collected by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents using total random sampling technique. The results of the univariate test analysis that almost half of the respondents who were less knowledgeable were (69.5%), and irregular visits were (69.5%). The results of bivariate analysis there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge about antenatal care (ANC) with the regularity of antenatal care visits (ANC) for pregnant women at PMB Dutha Muara Kelingi, where the p-value is 0.030 <0.05. The results of this study will add to the reference, and prove whether or not there is a relationship between maternal knowledge about antenatal care (ANC) with the regularity of antenatal care visits (ANC) for pregnant women at PMB Dutha Muara Kelingi.
Nova JulianaKintan AnnisaTaufianie Rossita

2025-01-092025-01-0931212610.37676/jiph.v3i1.7111The Effect Of Deep Breath Relaxation Techniques On Reducing Labour Pain In Active Phase I At Bpm Wulan In Muara Kelingi Village Musi Rawas District
https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/jiph/article/view/7112

Labour is the process of moving the fetus, placenta and membranes out of the uterus through the birth canal. Most (90%) labours are accompanied by pain. In the active phase there is an increase in the intensity and frequency of contractions, resulting in a peak pain response. Labour pain can cause various physiological and psychological changes in the mother. This study aims to determine the effect of deep breath relaxation techniques on reducing active phase 1 labour pain. The type of design in this study was pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The number of samples was 30 respondents. The sampling technique used the total sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaire sheets and Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain scale. Data analysis using paired T test. The results showed that the pain intensity of respondents in the group before treatment averaged 7.00 and after treatment averaged 5.47. The results of data analysis obtained a significance value of ρ = 0.000 (ρ <0.05). The conclusion is that there is an effect of giving deep breath relaxation techniques on reducing labour pain during the active phase 1. It is hoped that deep breath relaxation techniques can be applied by health workers as an alternative to labour pain management which can cause a state of physiological and cognitive relaxation marked by a decrease in epinephrine and norepinephrine levels and increase blood oxygenation.
Ernani ErnaniKintan AnnisaDesi Aulia Umami
