Abstract

This community service program aimed to strengthen understanding of Sharia-compliant prize-linked savings innovation among the management and customers of BPRS Al-Barokah Depok. The program involved preparation, socialization, implementation, and evaluation, using interactive lectures, case-based discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. Pre-test and post-test results showed improved understanding, particularly of prize mechanisms, regulations, and customer segmentation. Participants also reported positive perceptions of the training’s relevance and delivery. The program provides a foundation for further learning and informed product development. Follow-up assistance is needed to support practical application and assess whether participants retain their knowledge.
