Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a crucial element in minimizing accident risks. The Branch Executive of Muhammadiyah (PCM) Gunung Anyar Surabaya engages in dynamic activities, yet it lacks support from risk mitigation systems, adequate first-aid facilities, and a trained emergency response team. This community service initiative aims to increase OHS awareness and skills among executives and members using an Interactive Basic OHS E-Module approach and emergency response simulations to establish an Emergency Response Team (ERT).The method used includes preparation, implementation (socialization and hands-on practice), evaluation, and the development of follow-up plans. Educational materials cover burn treatment, basic firefighting, first aid for choking, electric shocks, and fainting management.Evaluation results show a significant impact; the average participant knowledge score increased from 55 to 83 points. Improvements in understanding occurred in domestic hazard risk identification (26%), personal protective equipment and family ergonomics (28%), and household accident first-aid methods (25%).In conclusion, Household OHS training has proven effective in enhancing the understanding of domestic risk mitigation and fostering independent, sustainable, and integrated preventive behaviors in everyday family activities.
