So that the mysterious incident experienced by our predecessors was used as the name of a region, namely the Pekik Nyering Region. According to information from several village elders, the origins of Pekik Nyering Village began in 1956 with the arrival of transmigration from Java as many as 230 families and their placement spread throughout Pekik Village. Nyaring, so that Pekik Nyering Village has 4 blocks because the population is spread across four areas and each area is led by a stakeholder. In this new area, Transmigration residents build their territory to organize their lives. It turns out that in their life journey they experience many obstacles both from within and from outside, such as disturbances in the form of animals, nature and the environment. The children in this village still have low English language skills, so based on the results of observations, they need to be trained. And the results of the Real Work Lecture activities in this village were able to improve children's English language skills even though they were not optimal due to time constraints.
Muhammad Chafri eza Dwi putra, Merry Rullyanti, Dhanu Ario Putra, Ajis Sumantri ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/goro/article/view/5889 Thu, 30 May 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Sosialisasi Digital Marketing Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (Streetsteamgroup) https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/goro/article/view/6254
Digital marketing has become an important tool in supporting the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of digital marketing socialization in MSMEs, particularly in the streetstemgroup sector. Streetstemgroups, which refer to groups of MSMEs operating in street areas or traditional markets, often face challenges in adopting digital technology. Through qualitative methods, this study analyzes the various socialization strategies implemented, including training, workshops, and the use of social media platforms. The results show that digital understanding and skills acquired through socialization have a significant impact in increasing the visibility and sales of streetstemgroup MSMEs. However, the successful implementation of digital marketing is also influenced by internal factors such as the commitment of entrepreneurs and external support from the government and community. This research suggests the need for continuous collaboration between the government, private sector and community to maximize the potential of digital marketing in empowering streetstemgroup MSMEs.
Agustio Diwangkara, Ahmad Soleh, Suwarni Suwarni, Ida Anggriani, Tri Febrina ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/goro/article/view/6254 Thu, 30 May 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Sosialisasi Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Menggunakan Microsoft Excel (Streetsteamgruop) https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/goro/article/view/6268
This activity aims to socialize the use of Microsoft Excel as a tool for preparing financial reports for small businesses, especially streetstemgroup. Small businesses often face challenges in managing their finances effectively, which can impact business sustainability and growth. Good preparation is essential for monitoring cash flow, identifying profitability, and meeting tax obligations. However, many small business owners do not have the knowledge or resources to implement complex financial reporting systems. In this outreach, we developed a training module that teaches the basics of preparing financial reports using Excel. This module covers how to record daily transactions, create a general journal, post to a general ledger, prepare a trial balance, and produce financial reports such as a balance sheet, profit and loss report, and cash flow report. This training was carried out in several sessions with a practical approach, where participants directly practiced financial recording and analysis using Excel. With better bookkeeping, it is hoped that small businesses can optimize their financial performance, make better business decisions, and increase their ability to survive and thrive in a competitive market. Recommendations for further activities include further module development and providing ongoing support for small businesses in implementing technology-based financial bookkeeping.
Sidik Maulana, Ida Ayu Made Ermeytha Gayatri, Tito Irwanto, Wagini Wagini ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/goro/article/view/6268 Thu, 30 May 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Strategi Pemasaran Inovatif Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing Produk Tahu Dan Tempe Di Pasar Lokal https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/goro/article/view/6275
Tofu and tempeh are traditional food products that are very popular in Indonesia.
