The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design to examine the effects of Work Related Social Media Use and Ethical Leadership on Innovative Work Behavior, alongside the mediating role of Psychological Well-Being. The unit of analysis consists of Gojek employees in South Jakarta aged between 25 and 40 years. The sample was determined based on the number of questionnaire items (28 questions) with a target of 116 respondents to ensure sufficient analysis and to anticipate incomplete data. Data were collected through questionnaires specifically designed to measure the research variables. Data analysis was conducted in stages, beginning with descriptive statistics using SPSS, followed by testing relationships among variables and mediation using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. Model fit tests were performed using various fit indices to ensure the validity and strength of the relationships between variables. The results indicate that the four variables interact with each other and have significant positive effects. Both Work Related Social Media Use and Ethical Leadership directly enhance employees’ Psychological Well-Being and Innovative Work Behavior. Moreover, Psychological Well-Being acts as a mediator linking social media use and Ethical Leadership to work innovation. These findings emphasize the importance of Psychological Well-Being as a foundation for employee creativity and productivity. Therefore, companies are advised to optimize professional use of social media and to develop Ethical Leadership to create a psychologically healthy and sustainably innovative work environment.
Netania Emilisa, Rizky Febriant, Aurelia Neva Masa, Immanuel Crhyseis Edlyn Simarmata ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/8543 Fri, 25 Jul 2025 06:03:35 +0000 Analysis Of Non-Physical Work Environment, Work Ethics, Work Discipline On Employee Work Productivity Asn At Lldikti Region 1 North Sumatra https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/8949
This study aims to analyze the influence of the non-physical work environment, work ethics, and work discipline on the productivity of ASN (civil servant) employees at LLDIKTI Region 1 North Sumatra. It is evident from the estimated t value < t table (1.519 < 2.006) and a significant level of 0.135 > 0.05 that work ability does not impact performance, according to the findings of this research. As the computed t value > t table (3.182 < 2.006) and a significant level of 0.002 < 0.05 show, the study's findings suggest that job supervision influences performance. Based on the estimated f value (54.637 > 2.78), a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, and the fact that work ability, work compensation, and work supervision all impact employee performance at the same time, it is clear that these factors influence performance in this research.
Dea Nadya, Niken Wulandari, Juniarti Juniarti ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/9059 Sun, 27 Jul 2025 09:01:25 +0000 Analysis Of The Effect Of Leadership And Workload On Job Satisfaction In The Out Bond Division Of PT JNE Express Medan Main Branch https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/9062
The research analysis aims to determine whether Leadership and Workload have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the job satisfaction of employees in the out bond division of PT JNE Express Cabang Utama Medan. The background of this study is based on the importance of diversity management and the creation of an inclusive work environment in improving individual and organisational performance. This study employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to test the relationships between variables. The research was conducted in several stages, starting from literature and theory exploration, data collection from the research subjects, data validity testing using reliability and validity tests, data processing, and hypothesis testing. The data was analysed using the SmartPLS 4.0 application, with a sample size of 322 respondents. The results of the study indicate that diversity influences employee performance, but inclusion does not influence employee performance. Meanwhile, organisational culture has been proven to significantly moderate the relationship between diversity and inclusion on performance. These findings emphasise the importance of companies building a supportive and conducive work culture, so that the values of diversity and inclusion can be fully integrated into every work process. With a positive organisational culture, diversity and inclusion are not merely symbols or formal policies but genuinely drive collaboration, innovation, and productivity, thereby contributing to sustained improvements in employee performance.
Lukiyana Lukiyana, Diansyah Diansyah, Budhi Cahyanto ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/9176 Sun, 27 Jul 2025 09:15:38 +0000 Cognitive And Affective Image: The Secret Behind The Charm Of Pos Bloc Medan https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/9066
This study aims to analyze the influence of cognitive image and affective image on visitor satisfaction at Pos Bloc Medan, a creative tourism destination that combines art spaces with historical colonial buildings. The research employed a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), analyzed with SmartPLS version 4. The sample consisted of 100 visitors selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that cognitive image had a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction (path coefficient = 0.481; t-statistic = 5.981), while affective image also had a positive and significant but smaller effect (path coefficient = 0.230; t-statistic = 3.012). The limitations of this study include the relatively small sample size and the scope being limited to one destination. This study contributes to the literature on destination image and tourist experience management, particularly in the context of cultural and creative tourism destinations in Indonesia. The findings offer practical implications for destination managers to emphasize the importance of improving physical attributes and creating deep emotional experiences to sustainably enhance visitor satisfaction.
Monica Oktavia, Muhammad Dharma Tuah Putra Nasution ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/9066 Sun, 27 Jul 2025 09:51:55 +0000
