The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design to examine the effects of Work Related Social Media Use and Ethical Leadership on Innovative Work Behavior, alongside the mediating role of Psychological Well-Being. The unit of analysis consists of Gojek employees in South Jakarta aged between 25 and 40 years. The sample was determined based on the number of questionnaire items (28 questions) with a target of 116 respondents to ensure sufficient analysis and to anticipate incomplete data. Data were collected through questionnaires specifically designed to measure the research variables. Data analysis was conducted in stages, beginning with descriptive statistics using SPSS, followed by testing relationships among variables and mediation using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. Model fit tests were performed using various fit indices to ensure the validity and strength of the relationships between variables. The results indicate that the four variables interact with each other and have significant positive effects. Both Work Related Social Media Use and Ethical Leadership directly enhance employees’ Psychological Well-Being and Innovative Work Behavior. Moreover, Psychological Well-Being acts as a mediator linking social media use and Ethical Leadership to work innovation. These findings emphasize the importance of Psychological Well-Being as a foundation for employee creativity and productivity. Therefore, companies are advised to optimize professional use of social media and to develop Ethical Leadership to create a psychologically healthy and sustainably innovative work environment.
Netania Emilisa, Rizky Febriant, Aurelia Neva Masa, Immanuel Crhyseis Edlyn Simarmata ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/8543 Fri, 25 Jul 2025 06:03:35 +0700 Analysis Of Non-Physical Work Environment, Work Ethics, Work Discipline On Employee Work Productivity Asn At Lldikti Region 1 North Sumatra https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/8949
This study aims to analyze the influence of the non-physical work environment, work ethics, and work discipline on the productivity of ASN (civil servant) employees at LLDIKTI Region 1 North Sumatra. The background of this study is based on the importance of diversity management and the creation of an inclusive work environment in improving individual and organisational performance. This study employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to test the relationships between variables. The research was conducted in several stages, starting from literature and theory exploration, data collection from the research subjects, data validity testing using reliability and validity tests, data processing, and hypothesis testing. The data was analysed using the SmartPLS 4.0 application, with a sample size of 322 respondents. The results of the study indicate that diversity influences employee performance, but inclusion does not influence employee performance. Meanwhile, organisational culture has been proven to significantly moderate the relationship between diversity and inclusion on performance. These findings emphasise the importance of companies building a supportive and conducive work culture, so that the values of diversity and inclusion can be fully integrated into every work process. With a positive organisational culture, diversity and inclusion are not merely symbols or formal policies but genuinely drive collaboration, innovation, and productivity, thereby contributing to sustained improvements in employee performance.
Lukiyana Lukiyana, Diansyah Diansyah, Budhi Cahyanto ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/9176 Sun, 27 Jul 2025 09:15:38 +0700 Cognitive And Affective Image: The Secret Behind The Charm Of Pos Bloc Medan https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/9066
This study aims to analyze the influence of cognitive image and affective image on visitor satisfaction at Pos Bloc Medan, a creative tourism destination that combines art spaces with historical colonial buildings. The limitations of this study include the relatively small sample size and the scope being limited to one destination. In this research, a sample of 250 respondents was selected to illustrate how consumers make purchasing decisions. Data were obtained from 250 individuals who completed the survey. The results show that the location variable (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), with a significance value of 0.020 (less than 0.050), indicating that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The service quality variable (X2) also has a significant influence, with a significance value of 0.000 (≤ 0.050), suggesting that service quality plays a crucial role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. Location also shows a significant effect with a constant value of -0.105, indicating that service quality significantly contributes to consumer decision-making, supported by the significance value of 0.020. Being located in a market environment with numerous competing stores may reduce consumer purchasing decisions due to the abundance of alternatives. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of digital marketing utilization in increasing sales of MSMEs in Indonesia. This research is based on a literature study (Library Research). In this study, researchers used the observation method as a data collection method to obtain secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the use of social media for some MSMEs provides benefits, among others, as a means to communicate directly with customers, as a means of product promotion, collecting data on customer needs and desires, providing responses and input to consumers as a basis for decision making in transactions. MSMEs that have a competitive advantage have several characteristics such as good and quality human resources, optimal in utilizing technology, able to increase productivity and product quality, have a wide network and market reach, a structured management system, adequate capital and have an entrepreneurial spirit and an extensive business network. The conclusion of this study is that digital marketing has a significant effect on increasing sales of MSME products. The most widely used social media is E-Commerce. Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG) and Twitter, while whatsapp business is the main media for communication/chat with customers. The most perceived benefit is that communication with customers and suppliers is more intensive and effective and efficient, because it can communicate directly for 24 hours / real time. The transaction process is easier and cheaper because the communication media only incurs credit costs to support communication.
