The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a comparative approach. The data collection techniques used by the author are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the analysis of the implementation of Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 concerning village financial management in the allocation of village funds in Suka Makmur Village was generally not in accordance, this can be seen from the stages in village financial management consisting of the planning stage, the implementation of which was not in accordance because the planning and implementation work time was not in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. Meanwhile, the administration, reporting and accountability stages are largely said to be in accordance because they refer to Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. There are several things such as the lack of transparency to the community regarding the planning that will be carried out in Suka Makmur Village.
2025-02-10T04:34:55+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/7434Factors Affecting Employee Performance in the Village Office of South Seluma Subdistrict2025-02-10T04:36:43+00:00Suryati Suryatisuryatiiya658@gmail.comIda Angrianiida.anggriani26@gmail.comAbdul Rahmanabdulrahman.abd0505@gmail.com
The purpose of this study was to determine the Factors Affecting Employee Performance at the Village Office of Seluma Selatan District. The sample in this study was 72 village office employees in Seluma Selatan District. Data collection using questionnaires and the analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis test. The results of the regression analysis showed Y = 4.362 + 0.193X1 + 0.367 X2 + 0.361X3 + e. This illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (motivation), X2 (education) and X3 (work discipline) on performance (Y). This means that if the variables of motivation, education and work discipline increase, it will increase the performance of the newspaper. The coefficient of determination is 0.584. This means that X1 (motivation), X2 (education) and X3 (work discipline) have an effect on performance (Y) of 58.4% while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t-test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially (individually) the variables of education, motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on the newspaper performance variable because the significant value is smaller than 0.05. The results of the F-test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the variables of education, motivation and work discipline have a simultaneous (together) effect on the performance of Village Office Employees because the significant value is smaller than 0.05
2025-02-10T04:36:42+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/7648Government Policies In Islamic Microeconomics2025-02-10T04:38:07+00:00Ahrina Lailaahrinalaila@gmail.comAdila Misbahussururiadilamisba22@gmail.comMaya Panoramamayapanorama_uin@radenfatah.ac.id
Islamic Microeconomics prioritizes sharia principles that regulate economic activities in a fair and transparent manner. The method used in this study is descriptive analytical with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through literature reviews that included classical literature such as Ibn Khaldun's works, to modern documents from government and academic institutions. The results of research on government policies in Islamic microeconomics show that subsidies in the agrarian sector have a significant positive impact on the welfare of farmers in South Sumatra such as reducing production costs, increasing productivity, access to quality agricultural inputs such as superior seeds that encourage increased crop yields, increasing food security and reducing social inequality. Therefore, the role of the state is very important where government policies must support the achievement of the welfare of a just and prosperous society without contradicting the teachings of Islam
2025-02-10T04:38:05+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/7783Profit Optimisation On Risol Products By Using Simplex Method2025-02-10T04:39:45+00:00Palahudin Palahudinpalahudin@unida.ac.idAdinda Maha Dewiadndamahadewi08@gmail.comResti Rohayatiresti4338@gmail.comSalsa Septia Putrisalsaseptiap@gmail.comMuhammad Syehanmhmmmdsyeehan@gmail.comOgin Herdianaoginherdiana42@gmail.com
In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, the food industry faces the challenge of meeting consumer demand while managing resources efficiently to maximize profits. This research focuses on optimizing the profitability of risol products, snacks made from flour dough with various fillings, using the simplex method. The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data was collected from the Risol XYZ Plant through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis is carried out by compiling a mathematical model that describes the function of the goal to maximize the existing advantages and constraints. The results of the analysis show that by using the simplex method, factories can improve production efficiency and profitability. From the calculations carried out, the objective function Z = 75,000X₁ + 50,000X₂, with the constraints of wheat raw materials, breadcrumbs, chicken meat, carrots, potatoes, and production capacity. Strategic recommendations are provided to improve efficiency and integrate sustainability practices in the production process. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of production management and optimization science, as well as practical benefits for the food industry, especially in the production of risol.
2025-02-10T04:39:43+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/7947The Influence Of Leadership And Communication Styles On The Work Motivation Of Employees In PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Automotive Medan Sandpaper2025-02-12T05:06:45+00:00Evo Marisi Tumpal Damanikevomomo44@gmail.comImmanuel Edy Suranta Sebayangpackimmanuel88sby@gmail.comBengettua Simarmatabenget.simarmata@gmail.comTonggo Sangap Timbul Girsangtonggogirsang@gmail.com
In the context of the current era of globalization, leadership and communication styles have a central role in influencing motivation in the organizational environment. The study proposes that consumer attitude mediates the relationship between social media influencer characteristics (both exogenous and endogenous) and purchase intention. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was employed to test the empirical models, with SMARTPLS and SPSS utilized for the analysis. A total of 193 respondents were sampled. The findings support all the hypotheses except for the direct relationship between source attractiveness and consumer attitudes. Additionally, the study demonstrates that generational differences act as moderating variables in the relationship between consumer attitude and purchase intention.
2025-02-18T04:33:11+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://jurnal.unived.ac.id/index.php/fokusman/article/view/7981Analysis Of Product Quality And Consumer Satisfaction On Purchasing Decisions For Garmin Brand Watches2025-02-18T07:05:28+00:00Sumaya Sumayamsumaya60@gmail.comMesra Bmesrab@dosen.pancabudi.ac.id
This research was conducted at PT Erajaya Swasembada Medan which is engaged in selling Garmin brand watch products.
