Analisis Keterampilan Membuka Kelas Pada Guru Pjok Di Mi Plus Ja –Alhaq Kota Bengkulu

This study aims to determine the level of skill in opening class for PJOK teachers at Mi Plus Ja - Alhaq Bengkulu City. Descriptive Qualitative research type with research informants pjok teachers, teachers, principals and students. The results of research on the skills of opening the class of pjok teachers at MI Plus Ja-Alhaq are good as evidenced by the results of interviews and observations in this study. In the observation technique, class 1 obtained a score of 160 with a percentage of 80%, class 2 obtained a score of 161 with a percentage of 81%, class 3 obtained a score of 172 with a percentage of 86%, class 4 obtained a score of 173 with a percentage of 87%, class 5 obtained a score of 177 with a percentage of 89%, and class 6 obtained a score of 178 with a percentage of 89%. There are several aspects of the pjok teacher's skills in opening the class such as; lining up students, counting / attendance, leading prayers, giving greetings, giving apperceptions, conveying learning objectives, leading warm-ups, preparing places, preparing tools and preparing media.

Research purposes This research includes experimental research, where the research is intended to see the effect of one independent variable on one dependent variable. The independent variable is Interval training (X) while the dependent variable is the increase in maximum oxygen volume (VO2Max) (Y). The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The instrument used in this study was the VO2Max test by using the Multistage Fitness Test (Bleep test). Based on the results of data analysis, the obtained Thitung value of 16.67227 is greater than the Ttable value of 1.72913, thus it can be concluded that this study has the effect of Interval Training on increasing the VO2Max of BBT FC soccer athletes in Tapus Village, South Lebong District, Lebong Regency. Furthermore, the percentage increase in the effect of interval training on increasing VO2Max in BBT FC soccer athletes in Tapus Village, South Lebong District, Lebong Regency is 7.62%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant effect of interval training on vo2max of BBT FC soccer athletes in Tapus Village, South Lebong District, Lebong Regency.

Shooting is the process of kicking the ball hard and accurately. Success in kicking an accurate goal cannot be separated from the strength of the legs and the right kicking position. In the extracurricular futsal participants of SMA Negeri 5 Seluma Regency, there has been no research on the analysis of shooting abilities in members or participants of extracurricular futsal. The purpose of this study was to determine the shooting skills of extracurricular futsal participants of SMA Negeri 5 Seluma Regency. This research is quantitative research, where the purpose of this research is to provide a description of the existing reality about the analysis of shooting ability in extracurricular futsal participants of SMA Negeri 5 Seluma Regency. The instrument test used shooting with a distance of 10 M with repeated shooting 10 times and the score in the goal. This study used purposive sampling techniques totaling 20 people. Data analysis looking for the percentage of each data with the percentage formula After the data is obtained from the test results, the next step is to process it with statistical formulas. These data processing steps are obtained by procedure. The results of this study are shooting abilities in extracurricular participants of SMA Negeri 5 Seluma Regency, based on the "Excellent" category with a percentage of 0% (0 people). Category "Good" with a percentage of 0% (0 people). "Medium" category with a percentage of 10% (2 people). Category "Less" with a percentage of 90%.

This study aims to describe the application of character-based holistic learning in the learning system at PAUD Samudera Kasih in Bengkulu City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data sources are PAUD teachers and the principal of PAUD Samudera Kasih in Bengkulu City and documentation in the form of character-based holistic learning tools used in PAUD. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, recording the results of interviews with teachers, school principals and parents, taking notes, coding the data according to the information provided by the informant, displaying data explaining the results of interviews with teachers and school principals, and verifying the data, rethinking the results. interviews, reviewing field notes, rethinking observation data and findings in the field, in order to draw conclusions from the results of the research that has been carried out. The results of this research describe the application of character-based holistic learning in the learning system carried out or implemented at PAUD Samudera Kasih in Bengkulu City

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between waist flexibility with leg muscle strength and the skill of serving tekong athletes of Suka Bumi Village, Central Lebong. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative method. The population in this study were tekong athletes of Suka Bumi Village, Lebong Tengah, Sepak Takraw Sports Branch, totaling 22 students, while the sample in this study were 22 students. The instruments in this study were the Waist Flexibility Test, Limb Muscle Strength and Takraw Service Test. The data analysis prerequisites used are normality test with Lilliefors and homogeneity test. The data analysis used is Product Moment Correlation analysis with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between waist flexibility (X) and the results of takraw service skills as indicated by the value of r = 0.248
