The data sources are the teachers and the principal of TK Lembayung in Bengkulu City, as well as documentation in the form of photographs taken during interviews with the teachers and principal. The data reduction involved recording the results of the interviews with the teachers and principal, coding the data according to the information provided by the informants, data display involved explaining the results of the interviews with the teachers and principal, and data verification involved rethinking the interview results, reviewing field notes, reconsidering observation data, and findings in the field in order to draw conclusions from the research conducted. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) or also called Classroom action research with the procedure used in the form of a cycle. The subjects of this study were children in group B at PAUD Mandiri Sejahtera totaling 10 children. The study was conducted in two cycles and two meetings. Data analysis was carried out in qualitative and quantitative descriptions with the emphasis being used to determine the improvement of the process expressed in a predicate, while quantitative analysis was used to determine the improvement of results using percentages. Based on the results of the study, the improvement of children's language skills with the picture puzzle method at PAUD Mandiri Sejahtera 2 in cycle I meeting I with a percentage of 39.37%, in cycle I meeting II with a percentage of 46.25%, cycle II meeting I with a percentage of 58.12% and cycle II meeting II with a percentage of 83.12%. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is focused on classroom situations, or commonly known as classroom action research, the procedures used are cyclical. The main subjects in this study were children aged 5-6 years totalling 15 people. This research uses the Jhon Elliot model where each cycle consists of four activities, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection which are carried out through two cycles. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitative-quantitative. The results of children's cognitive development through the application of montessori methods in group B at Gemilang PAUD Unit, Kepahiang Regency, in cycle I was 74.16% (BSH) and in cycle II showed an increase of 89% (BSB). It is concluded that traditional clog games can improve social emotional development in children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Gemilang Kepahiang Regency. The subjects of the study consisted of 15 children in group B. The study was conducted in two cycles, which included the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through direct observation and documentation of learning activities, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively-quantitatively. The quantitative aspect is in the form of the percentage of children's critical thinking skills, while the qualitative aspect includes descriptions of children's behavior, interactions, and responses during learning. The results of the study showed that children's critical thinking skills in the first cycle reached 70%, which was categorized as Developing According to Expectations. After improvements and variations in nature-based learning media were made, in the second cycle there was a significant increase to 95%, categorized as Developing Very Well. This shows the effectiveness of nature-based learning media in facilitating the development of children's critical thinking. The research was conducted over two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. Data analysis was performed using both qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods, with the qualitative analysis focusing on determining the improvement in the process, expressed as a predicate, while the quantitative analysis was used to determine the improvement in outcomes using percentages. The results of the improvement in children's ability to recognise letters through the letter snake and ladder game at PAUD Aisyah in cycle I meeting I were 32.58%, in cycle I meeting II 41.07%, in cycle II meeting I 59.82%, and in cycle II meeting II 81.73%. Positive characters in early childhood are very important as the basis for forming their personalities in the future. Teachers have a central role in providing direction and good examples, as well as creating an environment that supports the development of children's characters. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews with teachers and documentation. The results showed that teachers in PAUD TWI Dini play an active role in teaching moral, social, and emotional values ​​through various activities, such as educational games, storytelling, and social activities that involve cooperation between children. In addition, teachers also provide good role models in everyday life. Another factor that supports the formation of positive characters in children is the involvement of parents who work together with teachers in maintaining child development. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Educaplay training has a positive impact on teachers' competencies in developing diverse and interactive learning materials. Students also showed high levels of interest and enthusiasm during the learning process. This platform not only facilitates teachers in delivering materials but also encourages active student participation, increases learning motivation, and develops critical and creative thinking skills. The subjects of this study were children in group A at PAUD Oryza Sativa, Kepahiang Regency, totaling 20 children. The study was carried out in three cycles. Data analysis was carried out in qualitative and quantitative descriptions with the emphasis being used to determine the increase in the process expressed in a predicate, while quantitative analysis was used to determine the increase in results using percentages. The results of increasing the ability of a sense of responsibility in children using mutual cooperation activities at PAUD Oryza Sativa, Kepahiang Regency in cycle I with a percentage of 30.62%, in cycle II with a percentage of 56.25%, and cycle III with a percentage of 80.93%. Data analysis was carried out in qualitative and quantitative descriptions with the emphasis being used to determine the improvement of the process expressed in a predicate, while quantitative analysis was used to determine the improvement of results using percentages. The results of improving language skills in children by using story telling activities at PAUD Oryza Sativa, Kepahiang Regency in cycle I with a percentage of 32.81%, in cycle II with a percentage of 56.25%, and cycle III with a percentage of 82.5%. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau disebut juga <em>Classroom action research </em>dengan prosedur yang digunakan berbentuk siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A di PAUD Beringin Indah yang berjumlah 15 orang anak. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus dua pertemuan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskripsi kualitatif dan kuantitaif dengan penekananya digunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan proses yang dinyatakan dalam sebuah predikat, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif dugunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan hasil dengan menggunakan presentase. Hasil peningkatan perkembangan kreativitas pada anak dengan bermain plastisin di PAUD Beringin Indah pada siklus I pertemuan ke I dengan presentase 37, 08%, di siklus ke I pertemuan ke II&nbsp; dengan presentase 43,33%, siklus ke II pertemuan ke I dengan presentase 62,01% dan siklus II pertemuan ke II dengan presentase 80,41%. The results of this study indicate that the role of teachers in implementing clean and healthy living behaviours (PHBS) for preschoolers at TK Lembayung Indah in Bengkulu City are as follows: 1) as classroom managers, teachers provide guidance on how to maintain cleanliness and health within the classroom, 2) as a facilitator, teachers provide facilities to support clean and healthy living behaviours, such as soap, sinks, trash bins, decorative plants, shoe racks, and well-maintained bathrooms at school, 3) as a mediator, teachers provide learning materials such as videos, songs, busy books, and posters, and determine the appropriate learning materials to use in the learning process, 4) As an inspirer, the teacher applies clean and healthy living behaviours (PHBS) to their students by setting an example, such as disposing of rubbish in its proper place and washing hands with soap before and after eating. 5) As an informant, the teacher provides guidance on how to use the bathroom properly and how to wash hands correctly. The subjects of the research are individuals, places, or objects that are observed; specifically, the subjects targeted for this study are the parents of the children and the teachers at PAUD Rahayu Bengkulu City. The analysis technique used includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The research shows how parents act as guides, as indicated by interviews with three parents who provide methods and strategies to assist their children in learning. Based on the interviews, the role of parents as facilitators includes providing resources for children at school and home. Additionally, according to the interviews, parents also serve as motivators by giving encouragement and advice, as well as teaching manners. The data sources are the teachers and principal at PAUD Aisyah Pondok Kelapa, and documentation in the form of photos taken during interviews with the teachers and principal. Data reduction involves recording the results of interviews with the teachers and principal, coding the data according to the information provided by the informants, and displaying the data by analysing the results of interviews with the teachers and principal. and data verification, which involved rethinking the interview results, reviewing field notes, rethinking the observation data and field findings, in order to draw conclusions from the research conducted. The results of this study describe the efforts of the school principal in improving the social skills of teachers at PAUD Aisyah Pondok Kelapa in Bengkulu Tengah District by involving teachers in training, workshops, seminars, and workshops to enhance their social competencies. Based on the data analysis conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation, the data sources were the classroom teachers and the principal of TK Lembayung Indah in Bengkulu City, and the documentation consisted of photos taken during interviews with the classroom teachers and the principal. The results of this study can be summarised as follows: describing the strategies used by teachers in educating children with special needs at TK Lembayung Indah in Bengkulu City, speech delay and dyslexia are: 1) teachers' strategies in understanding the characteristics of children with speech delay and dyslexia, 2) teachers' strategies in using teaching media to educate children with speech delay and dyslexia, 3) teachers' strategies in using media and methods to educate children with speech delay and dyslexia, 4) teachers' strategies in implementing innovative learning, 5) teachers' strategies in communicating with children with special needs, 6) Ability to create a safe and comfortable environment both inside and outside the classroom. This can be summarised as: understanding the needs of children, creating a supportive learning environment, frequently engaging children in slow, clear, and proper language, and utilising technological aids such as laptops and mobile phones.
