Peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualifikasi akademik guru PAUD di Gugus Mengkudu Kecamatan Karang Tinggi Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the principal in improving the academic qualifications of early childhood teachers in Mengkudu Group of Karang Tinggi Sub-District of Central Bengkulu Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research which has the meaning of describing a research that is being carried out. The main subject of this research is the head of early childhood education who is a member of Mengkudu Group of Karang Tinggi Sub-District of Central Bengkulu Regency, which consists of 5 people. The data collection techniques used observation methods, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner by pressing the questions through formal thinking through trying to answer formal questions. The conclusions of the research are that the the role of principal in improving the academic qualifications of PAUD teachers in Mengkudu Group of Karang Tinggi Sub-District of Central Bengkulu Regency has been carried out optimally simultaneously and continuously but not all teachers in Mengkudu Group of Karang Tinggi Sub-District of Central Bengkulu Regency have S1 PGPAUD academic qualifications.
